When Jesus Christ comes back, you all will tell Him the carnival was good and you enjoy it. What done Christ will last even after death. Repentance my people. Be HONEST, do you believe that God is please? Or if Jesus were to return would you want Him to meet you planning carnival ? Or in carnival? Be Honest with yourself. i really think its high time dominica has a second means of transportation to and from antigua, its sad to say if u miss liat that it, what about the conecting flight from delta ,jet blue , continental just to name a few, last weekend with the unfortunate situation of monserrat, alot of flight were canceled and prosponed due to natural causes which is understanding, but as soon as the coast was clear, the choas began, because everyone wants to be on the first trip out wich is just imposible, which with the size of liat , the cannot do it all, which i must say thanks to them for doing the best they can. please please can someone look into this situation

Dr. Fingers and all the other calypso’s were very very well done the problems are we live in an Island that believe that everything must be politics and that is very sad. Canival and Calypsonians in the pass years have made songs on lots of different topics and no one sued each other so what have changed why are some of us so thin skin..
DBS is sending the wrong message and think people a re stupid, I would suggest they stop using the phase ” it’s because of their policy” because I do not see why an individual would want to take the station to court because they played a specific song they like or disliked.
Canivial is for everyone it’s entertaining and we have to be open minded just go out and enjoy yourselves and stop taking certain statements to personal that’s why I love Minister Ian Douglas and his fun attitude toward the song that was made about him that’s my kind of politician..
Canival is a wonderful event sorry I couldnt be home this year but I wish you all a peaceful and a enjoyable time..

Thanks to DNIO for such lovely, sharp, festive looking photos. Everyone seems so happy and the weather is just great. Dominicans are very fortunate to be enjoying themselves in such warm weather. I would gladly trade places. In the meantime, I will continue looking at these festive and colorful photos and imagine being a part of the crowd.

This years’s jou vert was much better than last year for sure. I really enjoyed my self in the action. Wck really played well that’s why they will always be the Kings of the Road now & forever. Those who are not here missing out on the carnival for real. These are some really nice photos of the event. Great job DNO, allu everywhere for real.
