…………………………………………………….Commonsense would dictate that as the supplier of a basic essential commodity DOWASCO would make informed and logical decisions.
To announce the closure of all water systems in the morning of Wednesday was premature and creates unnecessary panic.
Their good intention is not questioned but it is absurd to make premature announcements.
