Position Summary:

The Product Sales and Service Representative or PSSR is responsible for outside sales activities from lead generation to the closing of the sales in the assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with Company’s vision and values

Essential Functions:

  • Sales forecasting and benchmarking
  • Statistical analysis and reporting
  • Product knowledge and promotion
  • Customer / client management and retention
  • Commercial Sales
  • Wholesale Deals
  • Visiting customers; consultative selling
  • Present advice on best product for customer’s purpose
  • Research product specifications and pricing etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent Training in Business Administration
  • 1 – 2 years’ work experience in customer relations.
  • Above average Excel and computer skills
  • Strong Communication and Networking skills
  • Must have a valid class C driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must possess good sales techniques and skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
