An open Casting Call is being made for persons interested in acting in an interesting and thought-provoking   film entitled “The Gangsta”  written and directed by Clement “Baba” Richards, and supported by the OECS Business Support Unit. Interested persons should attend an audition at the Arawak House of Culture on Wednesday December  21 at 5 pm sharp.

The available characters are:

–  Nick (Main character/AntiHero)

A 19 years old petty thief who wants to be a gangsta

 

–  Sergeant Brian Henderson(Main character/Protagonist)

A 45 years old physically fit policeman

 

–  Joan Nelson

Nick’s 40 years old mother who lives in Guadeloupe

 

–  Constable  Angol

A 35 years old male or female Police offer 

 

–  Frank

A muscular 45 years old security guard

 

–  Mrs. Paris

A  40 years old female Supermarket Manager

 

Bentley

A 50 years old drug pusher and gun dealer

 

Sandra

A 42 years old gambler /domino player

 

Jomo

A: 45 years old gambler/domino player

 

No previous acting experience is necessary, but being able to work as a member of a team would be an advantage.
