A show is not a show without vendors outside selling ‘a few things’. A poor person buys 2 cases of beer, a couple boxes of chicken and fries them, grills them, a few chicklets, on the sidewalks. If that cuts so significantly into your profits you should not have a show at all, you have failed.

Remove them and you should be able to make great profit, pay security on time, award the Queen and performers ‘on time’. Is it the vendors way out there the reason you are unable to pay the people who work the shows and especially the Queen and security? and on time? Then do it, otherwise just give vendors a distance in several feet away from the venue and leave them alone. All must eat.
