Live streaming of Miss Caribbean World on DNO

Miss Caribbean World posterDominica News Online (DNO) will be part of efforts to take Miss Caribbean World Pageant global  via live streaming.

The event is scheduled for May 4 at the Multi-purpose Sports Complex in Tortola, BVI.

DNO will be part of history in streaming live of the Miss Caribbean World Pageant 2013 online for the first time via pay-per-view in response to calls from across the globe.

 Outside the Box, a local event management Company, is working with the MCW Pageant committee, JTV of Tortola, www.numusiczone.com and DNO to make this possible.
Miss Dominica 2013, Leslassa Armour-Shillingford is among 11 contestants in this year’s pageant. The other countries represented are from Antigua & Barbuda, the British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Trinidadw & Tobago, the USA, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, St. Kitts & Nevis, The Bahamas, St. Lucia, St. Croix and Cuba.

The competitors will appear in swimwear, costume, talent, evening wear and interview segments.

The personal interview round was held on Wednesday May 1.

This will be Armour-Shillingford’s first regional pageant since winning the Miss Dominica Crown during the Carnival season.

The reigning Miss Caribbean World, Dominica’s Nadira Lando, will crown the winner of the 2013 pageant.
