So here is my problem: My main girl (not my only girl) has suddenly started putting on the pounds. First I noticed that her stomach was not as flat as it once was. Now I see it in her arms and face? What’s this for me? I mean it would be bad to have to dump her but it wouldn’t really be my fault right? After all, I never entered into a relationship with a fat chick; she’s the one who violated!
How do I get her into a gym? Because if she doesn’t get back to how she was I’m out!

Try to encourage your “main girl” to exercise in a technical way by telling her you want to start going jogging or to the gym and that she should accompany you. After all no female likes to be criticized about her weight, particularly when she was slim before. You can also motivate her to drink a lot of water during the day as water avoids fluid retention, and replacing heavy meals with eating fruits without hinting to her about her weight.
Usually people’s weight just shoots up; it may be something hereditary or it may be that she has a low metabolism rate. A person with a “fast” metabolism, for example, utilizes calories more quickly, in some cases making it easier to stave off excess pounds. Let her see that you are really interested in practicing a healthy lifestyle so that may strike a cord in her. You haven’t mentioned though if it’s her eating habits that are making her gain weight. Pregnant women too usually gain weight and have a large appetite. To be on the safe side have her take a pregnancy test- buy at least two different brands.
Just try not to be a jerk about her weight gain, seeing as you got other women.
