“The brand Carib has overcome many hurdles since its introduction into Dominica many years ago and right now, it has found its place in the market as a recognized unique and appealing beverage,” Geoff Astaphan Head of the product division at H.H.V.Whitchurch,convincingly told patrons of Carib beer at Fort Young hotel recently. ” Our aim is to continuously create value for every one we engage,” he said.
He expressed appreciation for the support of partners, supporters, Carib beer enthusiasts , fans and our local Carib team.”
“As part of “Real Beer is Carib” campaign, we’ll be creating a superior experience for you our customers and consumers with a line of activities beginning this weekend,” Astaphan affirmed.
Below are some photos taken at the event.
so why didn’t I get an invitation? I drink carib beer all the time and never heard about this till now. oh well bofa people alone that getting the good time. BACK TO KUBULI….. SUPPORT LOCAL!
Hello my people. Well if anyone else in Dominica want to sell Carib Beer then they must buy it from an Astaphan. They have the contract so they are the only one who can import this beer and that’s how things work in our Country. The same kind of family connection which continues to dominate the economy therefore the average man or woman who dont have name reognition can’t open a business.
You got to be a “weetord.” Unbelievable!!
Psst everybody…he/she is not from Dominica.
Some people express condolences and words of sympathy towards two Dominican women who were killed by drunk drivers recently, one in St. Martin and the other in Boston, others partying and supporting alcohol. That is so not nice…!!!!
We don’t need to promote the devils juice here in dominica this poisons our children causing them to act violently alcohol is bad too many victims lament
where was this held ?
corporate heads spending time doing nothing. wonder how many come out to support charities or socially uplifting events?
If you notice is foreigners celebrating
where you see the foreigners there? with the exception of the Carib manager from Trinidad everyone is a Dominican. yes Dominica have white people (you can call them rednecks if you wish).
Dominica becoming an ALCOHOLIC paradise.I’m so proud of my beloved country.
Well I guess for those who are hired at the institution, currently making ends meet with the salary they are getting, you would find them another job if CARIB has to be removed from the institution. Whilst you are at it, you should also inform Dominica Brewery to only make malts considering that KUBULI is our OWN!
None of the companies force any one to drink the alcoholic beverages. Obviously they have to market what is theirs – that’s their job. They have to reach their targets for sales etc. This is something approved by their Reps or even instructed by their Reps.
Bofa Alone enjoying the free stuff.
Man I cannot support that kine of vibes in DA. Every imported item is glorified by our local businessmen and middleclass.
Dominica’s economy will never become a strong economy. That is way too much foreign exchange from Dominica going back to Trinidad and Tobago monthly.
Grow up people; spend less , consume less and build Dominica by purchasing land and building your own homes and developing your own backyard gardens.
Dominicans take note and watch the local TV Graphics channels and see is only imported food items all our supermarkets and wholesale distributors have selling.
Our food import bill is way to high and we are killing the local agricultural industry with our don’t care attitude.
Lovely people
