Thanks for Breadfruit, without it maybe I would die of malnutrition. This is one you can. Boil, Roast, fry, any way you prepare it,– it is delicious. Still love it to this day. Thanks captain Blaie! my grand mother used to say breadfruit is God `s food there fore we cannot sell it but give it to neighbors and friends. She was right cause she lived well into her 90s all because of eating Breadfruit most of the times.

This is the biggest I`ve seen, In days gone by mama would make sure all her sisters get a bite from it. I remember the days when we had to eat only breadfruit for lunch and supper too, with salt fish or river fish. Thank God for breadfruit.
Oh yes, in those days we were happy and di not know it. I have eaten breadfruit morning noon and night roasted or bioled, sometimes with a cup of milk or a cup of cocoa tea. During breadfruit season that was all you eat.
There were plenty breadfruit trees all around the island, even in and around Roseau.
