The comments are truly funny. Tiny, no tub or hot water either and no bikinis. Oh Oh no color pictures either. All jokes aside, thanks DNO for the blast from the past and a bit of history.

Very conservative dressing. My impression is that the children were raised with dignity and high morals. Though kids, not one of the girls are naked or even half naked.
They all seem contented. Parents today can learn a lesson from that.
    Good photo.

      September 20, 2012

Ma Pampo at the time of her death was over 120 years old so how in the world that was her in the pic. In the picture above she looked nothing like a teenager or older.

      • Anonymous D
        September 21, 2012

Do you realize it was never proven that Ma Pampo was over 120 years at the time of her death, because no records were found all were lost hence they couldnt prove it. And the results of the age test on her remains were never disclosed which leads one to think that she was mayber never over 120 at the time of her death. And due to this she was never included in the Guiness Book of World Records

Unless their names are written no one alive will know them as they all except one look older than six years which means that they were all born in the late 1800.

    • not neccessarily

Children, grand, and great grand children should be able to recognize people born as far as 1888. Writing this due to fact not fiction!
