    @Anonymous:

    By the way, in case you do not know it Portsmouth is the second town. Roseau is the first town because it is the Capital of Dominica. It has been that way for generations and will never change except by a miracle, the hand of God. Should this occur, by no means will it be in our lifetime.

    @Nice:

    You probably could offer some wise advice on how to develop it.

    @Anonymous:

    Roseau is the Capital of Dominica and bigger than Portsmouth including the population. WIth no prejudice, Portsmouth has only one main road or has it changed since. Therefore how can it ever be considered to be the capital. Roseau was chosen as Capital of Dominica for obvious reasons.

    @shatta:

    Mid pleasures and palaces though we may roam there is no place like home and excellent Dominica sceneries. I could never get tired of viewing them.
    The last time I was home I purchased post cards of Dominica of possible scenery which I placed in an album and show to everyone, co-workers and all. They are my greatest treasures.

    @shatta:

    Not again! Criticizing the beautiful scenery of Dominica? What is wrong with you? Do you not appreciate your own D/ca scenery? As it is stated: “Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.” I suppose you do not possess this one.

    Great shot Latoya. Caught the scene when the lighting was just right (a 4:30 pm shot?); excellent composition. The shot really brings to lgith the dominance of Morne Au Diable over the landscape of the nothern sction of DA. I may not know you, but keep up the good work, and let us see a bit more of your work.

    Portsmouth need investors to come in and develop the area into a tourist destination. Government must stop fooling the people about marina etc….because they doesn`t have the money to do so.

    Porthmouth should be the town. Roseau is to small. They want to put everything in roseau.
    Roseau is congested. From time Dominica , is always considered to be roseau. How can a country develop when is only one part that is being taken care off.

    This is gorgeous. Porssie is and will always be the most beautiful and promising area in Dominica. It is a shame that nothing is done to develope Porssie to its true potential.
