This is soooooooo un –presentable!!!!!! Just shows how unprofessional farmers and sellers of food in Dominica are. A Carib Basket or a box or a plastic container would have better. My goodness we are in 2012

Don’t forget the virgin dasheen leaves also with your menu.I have been there , cooked it and even now at my level still do it -Traditional habits never dies even when you can afford far more in life.
well boy better belly bust than good food waste,you see them dasheen there,is in a morning time them enjoyable,who never eat roast dasheen and a hot cocao tea,have not enjoyed nothing yet,in there modern life.

All shall eat, all must eat, all will eat, and all are eating, except me cause I am not home. I mis that sort of food. Dry dasheen, fresh fig and the other ingredients to make a hot broth, with some “Boda MaJack” to top it off.
Oh how I miss my sweet Dominica.
Dominicans are so blessed.I would eat that with a lamowe and oil.I have to pay so much for that and sometimes the dasheen not good.They selling me jonjou for dasheen.I buy fig and sweet potato I going to make a fig and lamowe tonight.

A broth with doewad (fish)with fresh herbs and scotch bonnet pepper and cabbage, would go down very well – Fresh produce from the Nature Isle. Dominica We love You!!!
A fresh jug of passionfruit juice would help it to settle in the right place!
