The lord did not repent after the crab was created. After the human race was created the lord had to repent,. I believe human is mpre unclean than the crab. Crab has no sin. Human is sinful

Indeed! We must appreciate what we have and never criticize edible foods and meat for our consumption. This is ingratitude to God. How many times do some people sin every time they open their mouths to speak and what they state on this Website, as imbedded in their heart and are also idle words.

You are wrong. You cannot speak for people and assume that they use the Bible when it suits them. To be precise, are you aware only God can make such a statement? You do not know them and their minds and are being judgmental. Furthermore, He is happy when mortals quote from the Bible, pray and mention his Holy Name – not in vain. In addition, God enlightens them. It is a form of thankfulness, gratitude, evangelizing, speaking and teaching about the Word of God and what he expects of us. They travel far as good examples to emulate.

      P.S.

Don’t forget Matthew 15:11. I’ll even save you some time:
‘Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.’

After we see Leviticus 11:1-47, Deuteronomy 14:1-29, Daniel 1:1-21 you must now go and see Mathew 7, Acts 10,1st Timothy 4:1-3, Mark 7 especially verse 19, and then you can come and make a point that makes sense. I don’t eat it but it’s simply because i am allergic but doesn’t mean it’s unclean, nothing God created is.

You made me laugh. I would love some crab meat right now. Recently, I visited a friend who also resides in Toronto and was informed about a delicious crab dinner the family had sometime ago. We reside far away from each other; would have loved to get some.
A friend had a dinner party and served crab, as one of the side dishes. I enjoyed it.
A few years ago I saw some ‘crab aprons’ and a serving tray which has pictures of crabs and instructions, steps on how to break them and eat them. I bought them in the event I purchase a few and invite some guests/friends. They could also be given as gifts.
I have not yet purchased crabs but I will sometime. The store is not near where I reside. I also bought what looks like a little hammer (can’t remember its name) to knock the crab to break it at the table. I better search for some crabs soon.
Dominicans would not be eating crabs if they were not good for us. Let us pay little attention, if none at all to those who criticize it. Some of those people were once of all, Catholics who renounced their faith. They once believed and ate crabs. It did not harm nor kill them or anyone whom they know. So what with them!
Please let me further state, if crabs were not edible, Our Lord would have told us so a long time ago, no doubt, through a visionary. Dominicans! Enjoy eating crabs. It is safe and healthy to eat. Never mind the detractors. If it is not one thing with them, it is another.
Eating crabs are a custom which will never fade and disappear until the end of time. Happy eating!

After you read the Law, from which Christ came to redeem us, You go to read Colossians.
“Let no man therefore judge you in meat or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or new moon, or of the sabbath days:
Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. Col.2:16&17
Stop condemning yourselves in religion. Christ came and set us free. Pray over what He has provided and thank Him for it.

      • CRAB IS UNCLEAN
        December 6, 2012

the bible does not contradict! The Law does say that there are animals that are made as scavengers to clean the land, the water like the crab eating the human feces and in the air. Therefore the Messiah did not come to clean or change animals but He died to clean n change man. so crabs are still unclean. They have not been changed, sorry!

Pray over what God has provided for you and enjoy it. It is your choice to eat what you like but don’t put it on the Bible.

Crab meat has not killed anyone yet and never will as long as it is prepared properly and also well-seasoned.
You are not smart. Prior to beef and chicken, they were the natives’ meat, including our ancestors down through the ages.
You must be a non-Christian for only those who are could make such a statement. As such, your views do not count and are irrelevant. You do not have the answer.
Keep in mind the New Testament and the following: “The Law was given through Moses, grace and truth came through Jesus Christ” – John 1:17.
If you believe what you stated, then the same applies for beef and chicken.
