Throughout the independence season Dominica has been celebrating all things Creole….hence a Creole breakfast won’t hurt.

That is not white tuna, it is roast breadfruit. The green balls are farine and avocado.

Short boy youare correct that in no way is a typical breakfast. It looks like food at Fort Young Hotel they put together to impress unsuspecting tourists. What happen to pepeh woti, hawasoh, cocom, tamadose, and spice tea, gengembre, cocoa tea! Pear balls? That’s gwacamole people.

All those people talking about health issues, seriously get your facts straight. The only questionable element here is the blood pudding, and for me that is just a matter of preference. But having vegetables, good carbs (breadfruit) and fish products (saltfish), there is a pretty good balance of nutrients here.

Looks good, but that’s all I have to say about that.

You see, I have no idea what I’m looking at, but it sure looks like lots of cholesterol.

I’m a bit of a low lipids and less sodium kind of guy. I had of enough of that in ‘the north’ – slow killer.

I have been to many countries, but I think Dominica is the best. Believe me when I say, you become alot healthier in DA.

That looks nothing like a creole dish…I live in north America, and my creole dish looks and speaks creole….more color, and more local products..roasted not fried…in the future I will prepare a dish to forward to DNO…..

Health matters. Everything eaten and drank in moderation will not harm the body. Moderation is to be exercised. Are you aware of detox/cleansing the body? This is the problem. Some people do not detox the body from years of toxin. The body accumulates toxin – residue. This cause ailments.

Ward aide you too fresh…I have a great grandmother who is 100 yrs old and she grew up on these stuff…her only issue is with her eye sight which is expected at her age.
