Thanks DNO! Great job! I appreciate viewing the postings of fruits and vegetables and reading about them. It does not matter what colour. Keep posting them!
I have also learned a lot about our Dominican fruits, vegetables and plants, a few of which I had also forgotten.
What is grown in Dominica is far healthier than what we purchase overseas.

I lived in Dominica, have visited and I never saw or heard of a canteloupe until I resided in Canada. Is canteloupe grown in DA?
I do love eating canteloupe. I love the taste. It is a healthy fruit. Tonight I eat some with strawberry yogurt as a dessert. Yogurt is one of my favourite healthy desserts. There is also plain, vanilla and others. The three I mentioned are my favourite yogurts.
By the way pumpkin is highly recommended as a health food. It could be made in different ways as also a soup. Hmmm, delicious!

What type of bystander are you, a critical one? Talk about ingratitude! Appreciate the fruits and vegetables of the healthy soil that God has endowed Dominica with that DNO has posted. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
