when I look at Roseau, in my opinoun… is the congestion, roseau needs to be transformed into an industrial zone, relocate the residents to the outskirts, like create suburbs, people ain’t living in dominica anyway, everybody living by the sea, same like when dominica was discovered, throw up skyscrapers, restructure wider roads, let the business people expand their 1970’s same style which they are from when they started..ancient cultivation, astaphans is the same from when I went mixed infant school,as for pottersvile that is where I would start first, pottersville is like the ghetto’s to Roseau, like when they show images of south Africa and the bantus towns, now don’t get me wrong or critical, but that is just my phantasy for being a born and raised roseaunian, I would really love to see Roseau transformed and people living in big houses on the mountain sides , living healthier while eating what they grow, after all Dominica’s population is a minus 70 thousand so it can be…

    Some bad weather almost everywhere.
I think if Dominica would advance their technology to have the electrical wires place underground like most other countries , the town (Roseau) would look more like a down rather than a countryside.

I may be incorrect but the memories of the destruction we experience last year is still fresh on our minds, it is might psychological, but if it does not make sense to you i am sorry, forgive us, we are just human.

If you know about what happened to Dominica and how it made Dominicans scared of rain as a result of Tropical Storm Erika in 2015 you would understand, if you don’t is best you keep quiet instead of being insensitive.
