    I will pass on the veeyo(though it’s quite a delicacy) don’t like anything slimmy! however nothing like a fresh crayfish. They are actually sweet when eaten raw. rinse, crack the head and yummy!

    The same people who are writing ewwww and all those nasty negative comments is the same set who, when they travel ordering escargot, carviar, sushi, pig balls and them weird delicacies playing like they know how to dine and trying to be aristocratic. Hypocrites…. All you just jealous. My cousin I wish I had some of that right now to eat… Don’t forget me in town.

    I remember my days as a little girl we would go to the lamothe river in cottage and catch those crayfish and veo to make a jot. Boy what sweet memory.

    Good Meal :) But I must say that the crayfish needed to be cleaned, all the gut waste is in dere still.From the head to tail should’ve been slit open to remove its Gut contents.

      Last time I got some veeyo @ Rosalie River..huge ones..boiled them right then & there and made a alfredo sauce with em…was très yummy!!
