PRICELESS PHOTO. Brings back lots of memories walking up to Brooklyn school in Soufriere.
PRICELESS
I remember my days walking for school with a flipflop on my foot.
This is a sight you will NEVER see in New York City! Good old no stress days!! Absolutely LOVELY!
wow remind me of my good old days. school days. good socialization.
Yes, remember those good
This is absolutely lovely. Innocent sweet children having fun while walking to school. They are getting their exercise for the day and no obesity seems to be present. Exercise is very good for the development of the students’ brains and I hope this continues as a part of their daily routine. I was just sharing with someone this week that as a child we enjoyed playing four times for the school day.: before school, at recess in the morning, after lunch and at recess in the afternoon. According to the Mighty Sparrow, “school days were happy, happy days.” If I had to be young again I would like to have it just the way it was.
love this pic hope is not a hegas about to take place.
That Good Hope road doesn’t seem to have changed in over 40 years when I last walked it!
oh primary school days were the best.
Sweet. This photo bring back memories of me walking 40 years ago as a young boy in beautiful Good Hope. It also gives me great pride to see this picture was taken by my nephew, Shane. I will be home soon. Cornwall
Oh my God this reminds me of the good old days.
I love this. Lord help get home safe.
Love this, looks likes so much fun. Looks a bit danderous to see them walking alone on their own in the middle of the road but I’m sure no accidents have taken place else we would have heard about it. Wish I was having that walk myself today.
Dont worry, they weren’t alone. A teacher took the photo.
Hi Sir Shane. ah wah di mon say?
Priceless innocence!! Guide and protect their every step Almighty GOD.
dca/possie all this was sugar in ur system.u should have said coconut, banana, mangoes, kennip, mariseed, fatbok and so on all the fruits and veggies
LORD PROTECT THEM ON THEIR WAY TO SCHOOL.
Those days child obesity didnt exist. Children walked to and from school, ate tambarin balls, coconut cheese, coconut tablet, soursop and coconut icepop, and drank plenty lime squash with brown sugar. We must go back to those ‘poor days’ habits.
Kid’s in Paradise,so cool!!
yes those were the days.
This looks like a public road. government should try to get a sidewalk going on at least one side of the road since, this is obviously a road school children use on a regular basis.
Very nice photo. happy that the kids can still walk safely on the roads getting the excercise that they need, and happy the roads are still safe.
DOMINICA FUTURE LEADERS,may god guide you all in the right direction.
