Photographers – novice, amateur or professional – in Dominica are asked to submit photos, photographer credit and caption to dominicanewsonline@gmail.com for consideration for the Photo of the Day feature, daily on dominicanewsonline.com or news.dm.

Submissions can be accompanied by a brief profile and contact information of the photographer. Submissions will be published in the order they were received.

Photos must be taken of Dominicans and things Dominican. Note that submissions advertising any form of business or business activity will not be published.

Dominica News Online also encourages the submission of a variety of photos, ranging from nature shots, people shots, weird shots, interesting human interest shots, and anything ‘newsy’

    Very Beautiful Picture. Which part of Dominica is this? I can’t seem to think of where this could be other than From the cabrits looking back at the island with Belle Hall to the left and Prince Ruperts Bay to the right.

    This is what Photo of the day is all about, very beautiful composed shot, good color, clear blue sky and luscious green mountains; it’s the very first time I’ve seen this shot on Dominica depicting both shore line on the north, Scots Head have been photographed so many times but the north, I’d like to know how someone would get to that view point.
