MY FRIEND THAT LADY LOOKING WELL TIRED
That,s the best hike I did in my life. Wait for my son to grow up so I can take him.
i am 64years i go hiking every day i love that so i know what that lady feel
@juliette
Thanks for the encouragement, I am a few years behind you, so if you can still do it at 64, I have confidence that I will be able to do it too, when I return to Dominica.
You sound like an example of the Mighty Sparrows words which says “age is just a number” I think he right about that!
I want to try but I’m afraid …. age 45, 260 pounds

start small and work your way up to it
@lisad
Don’t try it unless you have confirmation from your family doctor. Even so, I would not take that chance if I were you. However, I hope you are doing some simpler exercise–mostly for the sake of your heart.
Do at least 30 minutes walk everyday, without hassling yourself, you might even lost some of the fluid of you body along with the fat.
Also water flushes fat and toxin, drink as much eater as you can on a daily basis. I went down from 215 to 175 pounds from 2009 to this year. You can do it too!
No wonder Fete don’t want to climb!
If you shed 15 more he will .
no, you cant make it. No ambulance can reach up there so when you done reach boiling lake and you cannot take another step, you realize you have to do the same thing to go back down. save yourself the trouble mam and see it on tv.
Well, take small steps by preparing yourself. Take up a «warm-up» exercise programme that will get u in shape if you think that your age and weight are handicaps. I know persons of your age and weight who are very physically active.
You should try long walks in the park espcially ones with hills. if you do not have a park try the gym. Try excercising; if you do not that you will either have to wait for some strong men to carry you or you will have sleep there, it is no joke.
I was thinking about somethingelse lol!
hahahahahahahaha
Why you fraid? Go hiking and lose 60 pounds…be brave.
