The man”s picture is not the isseu ,he seem s to be a retired dominican who have been over seas and came home to enjoy him self, in some cultures like japan he could be a sumo rastler, and be honored in his counrty, me personally love the man and wish i could be in his shoes eating a mango. so dont hate participate.

Oh, the joy of eating Dominican mangoes and fruits. Yes! Let him enjoy his mango and in sunny Dominica. Makes us envious too. I recently purchased a few mangoes. Those mangoes even though they may be imported can never taste as good and sweet as Dominica’s mangoes and the various ones. This includes other fruits. In Toronto we have no alternative but to settle for what we get. I suppose that by the time they are imported and sold in stores, they could lose their taste.
Enjoy your mango and keep on eating them!

      TJLPandUnity

The difference between fruits like mangoes, which we buy in the suppermarkets of Toronto, is that those mangoes are picked off the trees for export, as soon as they start to mature. So even if they look ripe, when you open them, you will find that they are sour and still half mature. So the sweetness, the vitamins and minerals in that mango was not yet formed when they picked it from the tree.

But I am sure that the mango in this picture is one that was picked from the tree when it was fully ripe. In other words it was completely mature, with sweetness, and all the vitamins or minerals that it contains was well formed. That is why it is much more appetizing and of course, more nourishing.

But anyway is not mangoes that caused the size of that man’s belly, nuh! Some people like to see their plate reaching way up to their face, and they empty out a plate like that at least two times a day. Just imagine doing that for at least 10 years, especially if some bottles of beers were added.

Medical research has confirmed that a person shows in his/her physical shape, after ten years, what they have been eating during that ten years. Just look and see who is fat or obese around you. See if that person is not almost 25 years and up.

They should consider too that they do not know what they will look like some years down the road and how they will age, gracefully or not, if they live long enough.
My parents taught me never to laugh at people, jeer at them and make unbecoming statements about them. It is also unloving. It is a photo of a man eating a mango and enjoying it. This is what I see and comment on; not the size of his body. This is what everyone should see and comment on. Unless we can help someone, we should not comment about them in such a manner. This man may be healthier than those who are also younger than he is.

Surely this could not have been his first for the day. Judging by the size of his tummy, he must have shaken every mango off the tree and eaten them and this must be the last one. Nice pic though.
