Most of the best beaches on the island are in the north-east, they are just not mentioned too often, I remember going to most of them when I was younger, loved those days.

We are truly one with nature and the universe. These beautiful spots are in existence for our happiness, joy, comfort, peace of mind, peace and serenity. We must continue to appreciate what we have and take nothing for granted.

You never missed places like this until you leave the island. Dominicans please savour all these beaches and waterfall. I wished I was back home to enjoy every one of our beaches and waterfalls. I would make it an adventure for every weekend to visit them. It is so beautiful, it is calling me.

If is is Anse Sol Dat beach then naturally it is located in Anse Sol Dat and this is located in the island of Dominica, which is located in the Eastern Caribbean, which is located in the West Indies, which is located in the Western Hemisphere, which is located on planet Earth, which is located in the Solar System.

      Hope this helps.

And you still haven’t said where Anse Sol Dat is!

        April 3, 2013

Anse Sol Dat is a Northern village which is about 12-15 minutes from Portsmouth driving towards the Melville Hall Airport. As long as you see the great Atlantique View resort & Spa on the left and the Gas Station to the right, you are definitely in Anse Sol Dat!!!

Oh yeah, these human sharks can be scary, especially in this sleepy area.

Well there is coconut in abundance , all you need to carry with you is your bottle of double black and you good to go.
