this does not say a thing. the van could have been in an accident, someone could have broken the window for spite or it could have been the prisoners or prison guards fault. In any case they should look into repairing the vehicle cause it looks bad now on the government.

This shows the lack of care and attention that is given to state resources. SHAME SHAME SHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEE! Had it been their personal vehicle, it would have been better taken of…..next they complain of not having the necessary tools to perform their work. It applies across the board.

The prison officers should be better… Shame.

The picture itself does not say much.]

Is the van being driven? Does it have any passengers? It is badly damaged so imaybe it is being taken to be repaired, or parked awaiting repair.

People are too quick to judge, and always in a negative way.

Testament of how well our prisoners behave. Trust me.. in Dominica … we good. I was talking to a Haitian friend of mines the other day and he was like Dominica is quiet and peaceful. He is like ” I see 8 prisoners with one guard… and the guard has no gun. He is like .. not in Haiti – two prisoners would need like three guards with heavy machine guns.

So give praise, that we can still have that kind of thing in our country. We still need to fix the window though…. but you know already.

First of all i don’t see how this picture could be the pic of the day. I thought the pic of the day was supposed to be something breathtakin of our lovely country. We always focus on the negative and put the positive in shade. So many pics are being sent to you and of all dats the best pic u could use…..shame

How is it that nobody is commenting on the fact that its probably the carelessness and irresponsibility of the prison officers why the glass is broken. Civil servants do not care for the vehicles that are entrusted to them..How do you all say this is the next level..what does that have to do with anything?
