DNO you know i was the first one to answer this question now i see that you have six other names in front of my answer which was the 1st response (the enlightner) Trafalgar .
Trafalgar. I can identify the RC Church, the school, Officer Telemacque’s house, and the home of Thalia Remy, among others.

Looks like every other place in Dominica where little emphasis is put on landscaping.
all i can say this pic reminds me of when i used to live in antigua in the 80ths and u would stay up in cookshill and look down gracefarm.but this pic is much beautiful

I ain’t lying those comments really kill me. Boy look places that one place there is. but the best was the one who said he not in a helicopter to know where in Dominica that is.

…This used to be located in TRFALGAR but after the elections in 2009 the owners had to move it to FOND COLE at the Back of ASTAPHANs. DNO for great proof, let me say I work there and I have a picture of this building on my WHITEBERRY – The most modern smart phone around; not even the big man at Lime Da has one yet.

I think this a new housing development located in the heights of Newtown just 123 nautical miles East South East of The Fatima Church. Newtown people call it KAKAROLLE.

if u passed there last saturday you would would have seen that there was a new section of a buiding going up at the school this is an old pic but it is trafalgar none d less

idk but am guessing Trafalguar area…am not sure this looks like the church where the purple vehicle is parked…yes it is that pay-phone is next to the church
