SUV in a wrong side, bike is stronger than plastic jeep. Survived motorcycle wheel smashed car bumper and steering motorcycle crumpled the hood. 90% blame the car driver

Looks like a full frontal. Hopefully no one was seriously injured and the motor cycle rider and vehicle driver were insured.

I’m hoping this guy is okay and wishing him the best. God is in control.

Now based on the final resting places of these vehicles I have to highlight the point that one of them may have been in the wrong lane most likely overtaking! I know someone who lives very close to the area and I must say that this is an everyday occurrence in a NO OVERTAKING ZONE. The continuous paved line means no overtaking. There is a live video camera close to this area of the road so that if anyone knocks my friend’s vehicle while it is parked, he will sue the pants off of them.

Road safety is everyone’s business. Stop driving recklessly on the road! There should be no overtaking in this zone unless a vehicle has stopped and the road is sufficiently clear ahead to proceed. Drive Safe.

What madness going on there nuh? On my lunch our about 1:30 I attempted to go down to Massacre and I had to turn back, fear of being in the traffic would have consumed my lunch hour (taffic was backing up and was at a stand still). Now two hours later at 3:35, the vehicle and bike is still there being gaurded by a police at the same time he directing traffic. Garcon order the vehicle & bike be moved, or call the toe-truck. What I seeing there nuh. Incompetenced!

True Dominican…get spell check on your device, what is toe-truck? Garson, it’s “tow truck” and its incompetence no “d” Garson prof read before you hit “Post”. All the same your comments made me chuckle. Thanks though.

Why don’t you shut that hole in your face? That motorcycle rider is one of the safest riders I know. You people are always quick to jump and start braying.

I know that many bus drivers and motorcyclists can be reckless on the road, so I see where your comment is coming from.

However, from the account of an eyewitness the SUV driver was wrong. She was actually overtaking a trailer truck, despite the driver signalling her to wait as it was not clear to do so. She ran straight into the bike driver.

So, it appears that the biker is not at fault here. And from the photo, you could also see that the SUV was on the wrong side of the road.

I would not want to be the person riding that bike.
Judging from the damage to the vehicle, the rider must be in serious pain (or worse, no pain at all).
