Fire officials were called to called to the scene of a fire which occurred in Roseau earlier this morning.
Reports indicate the fire broke out on an electrical pole near the registry and there was smoke coming out of a building housing the law offices of Harris and Harris and Isidore and Associates.
Sources say it may be an electrical fire however this has not been confirmed by officials.

I am suspicious, that this latest event is nothing more than a ‘smoke-screen’. I suspect that because of one of the lawyers involved. And the reason this took place is in order to take the attention from Gong Emanuel case.
Francisco Telemaque is a dumb boy, (I doh know anything eh), however the game is a simply one ” Shillingford is in Jail, so they are trying to make it appear as if there is another arsonist out there setting fire to the office of a certain lawyer.
The idea is that when that certain Lawyer is dragged before the court, his argument will be: his office was also set on fire, so he had nothing to do with Seco, Shillingford, and the fire bombing of Emanuel’s home.
I mean if Dominicans fall for such crap, somebody should simply round up all of us Dominicans wherever we are, and whip our butts with a bull whip.

Take a look at Roseau on a Sunday afternoon, I say Sunday Afternoon because Roseau is literally dead then, you can walk in the middle of the streets etc. now turn around 360 degrees and you will notice no matter where you imagine you are standing that Roseau looks lovely. At least for the most part. Try taking a photo of what you see, the buildings the streets and there is one thing that appears in the photos which makes your entire experience horrible, the electrical lines! The poles seem to be over burdened with wires. These wires run inches away from business balconies and terraces, inches away from some residential buildings, safety to the public does not seem high on DOMLEC’s and IRC’s agenda. With the millions made over the the years by Domlec a fraction should be used to fixing up its infrastructure. It may mean that some areas would require additional poles and even taller one and some areas underground cabling but if we are to make our city look like and feel like a city we need to do what is needed. A case where Registry is affected by Domlec’s practices should be dealt with swiftly with no compromises.

There is a link of fires papers dating way back. Recall the burning of the resistry in the 70’s -80’s then GON house now the pole where the manicou is catches fire are we planning on only BBq-ing GON or the manicou turn has come?Behanzi is a manicou? i wonder who is and who’s not. Not only Roseau street stinks the establishment too.D/can Queen put that in ur pipe and pull hard. light -up ur splif. The smell of a burning spliff can tone down the m anicou smell.
“Some” of the entities affected by the fire leaves one to wonder….hmmmmmm! Some of these entities actually have a lot of “paperwork” that everyone is interested in when a formal investigation is launched by another government. Reminds me of when a “certain” political party burnt the old high court (now parliament building) back in the day destroying very important documents. I smell a BIG FAT RAT and hope the police look into this carefully.

The fire service needs more breathing equipment!
The only good ambulance in Roseau had to be used to carry breathing equipment and oxygen bottle to the fire sene.
Where was utility 19, 20, and 21?
Were they all in service at the time?
Mr. Fire chief, ask the government for equipment!
You need more equipment for effective operation!
Maybe, if the fire service were readily equiped, the service would not have had to lose so much time awaiting breathing equipment before some firemen could enter and quickly attend to the affected area of the building.

at least the rat did not go and cry on any radio station. there are other people working in the area and could be our family member, but some of us are so wicked, and ready to rejoice on other people mishap that we forget it could happen to us or our family. but thank god is not a police and everything worked out good for the better of everyone. thanks fire officers for a job well done, because it could have been worse and it would not be one person it would be many. thank you lord.

As I noted; all the recent fires at the Lawyers offices, are nothing more than a smoke-screen, eventually they will link them all to the culprit who was sent to murder Gong Emanuel.
The fire bug will soon make a mistake, and will be caught; he/she will name the real master mind behind the plot, the master mind is a big fish when caught he will hang himself in his cell at Stock Farm.
