Four die following Bahamas plane crash

A plane similar to his one was involved in the crash

Four people died when their plane crashed in the Bahamas just minutes after take-off yesterday.

The four, two women and two men died when their plane crashed into some trees and exploded around 1:30 p.m. after taking off from the Treasure Cay’s Airport on Abaco Island while en route to Florida.

It is understood that the victims, believed to be American citizens, and whose identities are being withheld for now, are second homeowners who travel frequently to and from that island.

Sorry to hear about the crash and loss of lives. It is said that more people die in road accidents than in planes or sooner. When there is a plane crash hundreds of people could die.
As Christians we must always pray to God to ask him for protection. In recent years of all since God has enlightened me more and made me more aware of all sorts of dangers, whenever I fly, drive or walk the streets I pray to God and ask Him for protection. I never leave home without asking Him to protect me. My Holy Water also plays an important part.
When we get up in the morning, during the day, at night and before retiring for bed we should pray to Him and thank Him. How many people consider this? Much more could be stated about that.
At the same time, what is there to happen will always happen. We do not govern our lives. Nevertheless, by worshipping God, praying to Him and asking Him for protection, He might just help us and protect us from disasters.
Some (I stated some) of those people who own property all over the world think only of money and material possessions. They think that the world is theirs and nothing will happen to them. They never give it a thought that they could get into an accident, be injured and die. The older we get the more we should keep this in mind without being paranoid about it. God is always in control.

I am sure you must have heard it before, but you are more likely to die in a car crash tomorrow than die in a plane crash. Besides, a lot more people survive plane crashes these days.

Don’t be afraid, the pilots are highly trained professionals. And most planes are very reliable. If the trip is more than 8 hours by car, I fly.
