Multiple injuries are being reported in what has been described as a major motor vehicle accident which occurred in Tarreau on Sunday evening.
Information reaching DNO indicates that a passenger bus with four people on board veered off the road and crashed into a bridge in the village. DNO has not been to able independently verify that information but according to the report, a child was among those injured. DNO was informed that all occupants of the vehicle, including the driver, received medical attention for various injuries. We have not been able to determine the extent of those injuries.

Check the driver for drink and/or drugs. With the relaxed attitude to cannabis use, accidents like this are bound to happen.

which way is DA going upside down sideways or what. Pilots learn to fly planes inverted in case of accident. More those in the airforce. We have a piolt who failed this flight test x14 ,2004-present and is still allowed to fly air Dominica.
There are airports in the world that if a pilot has not flown there in a month is not allowed to. But we are allowing a pilot x14 failed landing to continue flying.

I’m so so sorry that this happened. It’s sad that this happened to innocent people. In this time of sacrifices one must be very careful when navigating the roads as skeritt has put our country up for sale to the devil.

Have you been hearing about the First Storm Alberto that have claimed some lives as well? Have you heard about the Volcano in Hawaii?

I don’t know the circumstances surrounding this accident, but I believe it’s time for the authorities to a drug and alcohol testing, to ensure that drivers, especially bus drivers are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol when transporting people. Like I said I don’t know what happened to this driver neither am I suggesting that he was under any influence but as a road user myself, I find too many times our drivers are behind the wheels drunk or charged, knowing they will not be stopped by police . I believe it’s time that the government goes to parliament to implement laws geared on saving lives instead of all the foolishness Skerrit using the parliament to do especially when it’s to benefit for him. Equipt the police so they could perform their duties so lives could be protected, especially when healthcare is so damn bad.
The DPF has no time for things like that. They need to protect Skerrit and his cabal.
It’s not a passenger bus, as you can see its a Suzuki APV van owned by a Auto Trade. All occupants were taken to the St. Joseph health center and subsequently transfered to the PMH.
I mean seriously DNO. You are posting the pics of this bus and reporting it to be a passenger bus. I mean even if that was the information received, but one look at the pictures should have determined that it was not a passenger bus.
Drivers please for God’s sake stop the speeding take you all time on the road and stop the crazy driving you all are risking your lives and that of others it don’t pay to drive reckless .Thank God no one was killed..I hope all and pray everyone will be ok.
