According to Sargent Pellam Jno Baptiste of the Police Public Relations Committee, the collision occurred between mini bus registration number TS092 owned by Dominica Electricity Services Ltd (DOMLEC), at the time being driven by Lincoln Anthony of Morne Prosper and scooter registration number PS 053 owned by Hugo Riley of Bath Estate, which was being ridden by Marlon Philsbert of Elmshall.
“The rider of the scooter Marlon Philsbert sustained injuries to his neck. He was transported to the Accident and Emergency Department of the Princess Margaret Hospital where he was seen by a medical doctor and admitted,” Jno Baptiste said.
“Investigations into the cause of the collision are ongoing,” he added.
Was wondering if they start licensing vehicles in name of TS Erika. SMH
so they actually took a picture of the incidentwith the bike on the man before rem, oving it. lol
It would not surprise me if the bike rider was trying to overtake on the right side of the Domlec vehicle.
License plate is TF092
There is no vehicle on the road in Dominica with a license plate starting with TS
Too many names they are not all necessary this is not a court of law. We just need to know who was driving what, leave the ownership out for now stupes so confusing since Pellam is PRO
These scooter drivers are a menace on the road; weaving in and out of traffic at will. They show a total disregard for traffic laws. I hope his injuries are not serious.
