Dominica’s fastest broadband and TV company, Digicel Play, recently welcomed Michael Loiser as its newly appointed General Manager.
Loiser will be responsible for driving growth and improving service to Digicel Play customers across Dominica which comes at a time when the company is working hard to boost its service to offer best value to customers.
Loiser comes to the role with a wealth of experience in senior roles across a number of telecommunications companies, including Senior Vice-President of Marketing at Liberty Global in Japan and later as Business Development Director in China. He also worked as Vice-President of Marketing with AT&T Broadband – Western Division.
Digicel Play General Manager, Michael Loiser said; “I am excited to be in Dominica and to be working with the team at Digicel Play. i hope u all at Digicel Play Dominica telling the people how bad ur net your service since your take over for home NET is when nite comes u cant use ur net nites and weekends when everyone at home if u have 8mgps u getting 3 and 2 MGPS that is after u get it they tell u that they a working on it after they make u move from where u was to them over a month now they a saying the samething trying too fool WII
I hope that he is a lot better than Richard Stanton. The service at Digicel and especially the former SAT is awful and the employees are given set lines to give the public rather than being able to actually solve problems. This needs to change. When I had internet it was only operable half the time.
Making himself available to the public would also be a plus, something that Stanton avoided. A customer oriented business in DA would be an absolute plus since customer service is virtually void here.
He did not replace Richard Stanton…..He is the GM for Digicel Play and Richard Stanton is the Country Manager of Digicel.
