LIME Dominica continues to deliver on its commitment to reward customers for choosing LIME as their preferred telecommunications provider.

Through the execution of a Broadband promotion, three lucky LIME customers received scholarships valued at five hundred dollars ($500.00) each to assist with their children’s education.

To become eligible for the chance to win, customers were required to sign-up for Broadband service from LIME during the months of July & August, and the winners’ accounts needed to be active and in good standing and the receiving student was required to have been promoted at the end of the past school year.

Eugenia Raymond of Picard, Talisha Francis of Roseau, and Joan Constance Bowers of Delices emerged as the lucky winners of the ‘LIME Broadband Sign-up and Win’ draw.
Eleven year old Myah Raymond, daughter of Eugenia Raymond and Grade six student at the Roosevelt Douglas Primary School benefitted from her mom’s decision to sign up for LIME’s reliable internet service. Talisha Francis decided on passing her win to younger sister, sixteen year-old, Convent High School fourth form student Abbiah Role and our third winner Joan Constance Bowers donated her prize to a close friend.

All three customers were elated to receive these prizes and praised the staff of LIME for their initiative through the delivery of Broadband service to customers.

Head of Corporate Sales and Retail at LIME Raymond Cole said LIME was extremely pleased to help empower Dominica’s future leaders through these scholarships over the next five years. “At LIME we understand that a reliable internet service is the key to education, vision and imagination in this global village. We are always keen on helping our young people succeed, and we hope that these scholarships will contribute to their overall educational success now and into the future”.

The scholarship cheques were presented to the winners at the end of the ‘LIME Summer Sizzle’ roadside show outside the LIME store.

all well and good, but when is LIME going to increase broadband speeds, cause I know you all are throttling the country… e.g when I first signed up for broadband I got speeds such as 1,000KB/s or 1.00 MB/s actual download speeds not the 233kb/s/100kb/s something or what after speeds the basic package offers.. apparently that was an error by LIME which was quickly fixed. So time to upgrade you all dialup excuse for a broadband service…
