The BB Z10

LIME has announced it will be launching the new BlackBerry® Z10 smartphone powered by BlackBerry® 10 across the region later this year. The new BlackBerry Z10 is the first BlackBerry smartphone to launch with the re-designed, re-engineered and re-invented BlackBerry 10 platform, offering customers a powerful and unique new mobile computing experience. The BlackBerry Z10 is the fastest and most advanced BlackBerry smartphone yet, and offers a smarter experience that continuously adapts to a customer’s needs.

“As one of the first companies to offer BlackBerry service in the Caribbean we are very excited to introduce another revolution from RIM to LIME customers. The BlackBerry 10 platform is a highly anticipated mobile experience which demonstrates RIM’s attention and response to consumer demand. This is one of the most exciting offers smartphone users worldwide will get this year, and social media everywhere, including across the region, is already buzzing with expectations,” explained Grace Silvera, LIME’s Regional Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Communications.

“The BlackBerry Z10 smartphone delivers a powerful new platform for BlackBerry customers. Combined with the network and service plans from LIME, BlackBerry Z10 customers will be delighted with a re-invented communication experience, seamless multitasking, easy access to multiple social networks, and the peace of mind that BlackBerry security gives them,” said Carlo Chiarello, EVP, Global Smartphone Business at RIM.

BlackBerry 10 gives customers a faster and smarter experience that continuously adapts to their needs. Every feature, every gesture, and every detail is designed to keep customers moving and includes advancements such as:

I am a big advocate to trending technology. The Z10 is a very good phone but the network on which it has to work in the Caribbean defeats the purpose of the phone which was built for speed. I think the companies need to upgrade their network 1st in order to have the phone and available features working at optimum level. Whats the point of a 4G phone working on 3G or less?

Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favourite justification seemed to be at the net the easiest factor to keep in mind of. I say to you, I definitely get irked while people consider issues that they just don’t understand about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the highest and defined out the entire thing without having side effect , people can take a signal. Will probably be again to get more. Thanks

Idk about other people but for me it’s about stability of a software. Because of that I use an iphone, ios to me is >>>> than that of Jelly bean or other androids os.

That doesn’t mean Apple has the best phone. Personally in terms of hardware Samsung is it right now. But i prefer to use the iphone instead of the galaxy because of the software. Androids crashes too often.

      Really
Free Calls and video conferencing via bbm
Have you ever owned a bb?
Blackberries have traditionally done well in dominica due to the fact that we’ve only had 2g networks, gps navigation here is almost non existent and the people who can afford the Iphone 5 and samsung Galaxy siii have no idea how to use them
If lime launches its 4g network in collaboration with this phone (alot of people may prefer the q10 for the physical keyboard) then they may actually do well. But that’s only if the price is welcoming

It is actually on par and better in some cases than it’s counterpart
The problem is It doesn’t vastly surpass them

for your information free mind i have a blackberrry and actually going to give it away for a galaxy. compare the galaxy and iphone to this new blackberry and the blackberry is basically empty. go to gsmarena.com and compare them you will be shocked to see how empty this new bb is.

        GSMarena hasn’t tested the bb
And on their website information is still missing
Evidenced by the fact that the test section is empty

If your upgrading to an siii or and iphone 5 by all means because the current crop of bb’s are in no way comparable. This phone however is very much comparable and call me old fashioned but I very much enjoy using bbm rather than whatsapp or normal texting

Check the specs. Matching up nicely to Samsung and iPhone. But still, they all cost way to much
