Brizee’s Mart bid farewell to last year’s winner of its Mother of the Year sweepstakes, Ms. Nadura Prosper of La Plaine and welcomed an ecstatic and lucky Ms. Lina Johson of Layou, as the 2013-2014 Mother of the Year.
Ms. Johnson; a forty-seven-year old mother of three, was one of hundreds of mothers who participated in the Brizee’s Mart Mother of the Year sweepstake, which formed part of the Brizee’s Mart 2013 Mothers Day celebration. All mothers who shopped fifty dollars or more at Brizee’s Mart on Saturday May 11th, 2013, won special gifts from a wide selection of gift items such as coupons and hampers and also got an opportunity to participate in the Brizee’s Mart “Mother of the Year Sweepstake”.
As Brizee’s Mart Mother of the year, Ms. Johnson is entitled to $100.00 worth of groceries from Brizee’s Mart each month for a year, a complimentary drink whenever she comes to Brizee’s Mart, gifts at special times of the year and other special privileges.
Brizee’s Mart management and staff are thrilled to have Ms. Johnson win this promotion and eagerly anticipate serving her during her reign.
Congratulations Lina, you more than deserve it. I know you are a very regular shopper at Brizee. In everything give thanks and praise.
Enjoy your reign.
At least it is better than nothing. You shop at some supermarkets all your life and you receive not a cent in discount. One needs to shop up to a value of $4,000 points before they are rewarded with a voucher of $100.00 at a certain supermarket. At least she can use the cash she has for something else.
Use it wisely and watch as God stretches it. Little is much when God is in it!!!
Lina congrats you deserve it. Thanks to Breezie for the gesture. Enjoy your year my girl. Give thanks.
when people make good comments do DNO contact the person and so that they can improve in what ever they do
i agree with your comments but its better than nothing if each business place on island would do that da would be a better place
that’s sweet congrats!!!!…..but lets be real….. $100 worth of grocery can’t give you three worthy house hold necessity here in Dominica, unless is biscuit and sweety u buying. I think such gestures should be at least $250, it looks and feels more credible n worthwhile. Just my lil one cent opinion.
be thankful fo what you have am sure the lady is happy, just cant please selfish people like you.
You say its sweet leave it sweet.. Your lil one cent opinion makes your sweet congrats sour..We must learn to be more appreciative..Great job to Brizee’s Mart and all others who made mother’s day special for the mother’s..!
