When is 4G coming. St Lucia has it already. Internet service need improving also. It has too many problems and too much down time for users. People in the office on Saturdays don’t answer the phone. Nobody can give you any answers. Mr. Stanton, you need to address this and improve customer service.

50 music channels to suit everyone’s choice and taste. Wow! That is a lot of channels. Just think Dominicans: As Shakespeare said: “If music be the food of love. Play on.” Hoping the reception is audible and the TV screen is clear.

It is all well and go to provide 50 music channels, but the fundamental question to SAT/Digicel is: What is the timeline to address the transmission issues on a few of your channels?

It is over two months concerns have been raised with the Customer Service Department of SAT regarding these channels with poor transmission. This poor transmission occurs daily during the same time period.
