Digicel, proud sponsor of the World Creole Music Festival, partnered with Samsung to launch a very exciting promotion that gives customers a chance to meet the festival performers and win a Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone.

In support of the 17th annual World Creole Music Festival, ten lucky Digicel customers will have a chance to win a Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone when they enter the Digicel text to win competition. Also, the lucky winners will get a chance to be up close and personal with reggae artists, Busy Signal, Nigerian music group, Bracket and local Creole and Bouyon band, Triple Kay Global, at a ‘meet and greet’ event to be held at the Fort Young Hotel.

To enter the competition, customers can simply text the word ‘FESTIVAL’ to 7171, or visit a Digicel store and purchase any Samsung handset for a chance to win.

Digicel Dominica Marketing Manager, Nathalie Walsh, encouraged customers to participate in this exciting promotion and said; “This year’s Digicel-sponsored World Music Creole Festival promises to be even bigger and better as we give customers a chance to be part of the excitement during the independence season with the launch of our text to win competition. Digicel and Samsung have forged a partnership which will see customers getting a chance to win a Galaxy S4 smartphone and meet some of the biggest international reggae and creole artists. During the three nights of pulsating performances, customers can also participate in the on-screen texting competition and win more prizes from Digicel and Samsung.”
