Martha Bradshaw’s passion for people development, coupled with her continuous quest for excellence drove her to the ActionCOACH business coaching opportunity.

Bradshaw first found out about the company through Ian Blanchard, while working with him as a consultant for the last three years.
“After being in the corporate world for about 30 years, I felt it was time to move on to something new and exciting, which would also give me the opportunity to continue helping people,” Bradshaw said. “When Ian introduced me to the ActionCOACH system, I knew this was what I was looking for and decided to join his business coaching firm located in Barbados.”
Bradshaw has a broad range of work experience, which includes organizations such as the Government of Dominica, the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), the Credit Union as well as the Dominica Tourism Authority. Her last two stints included working as a Human Resource Manager, and finally as a Consultant with Top Level Inc., a training and consultancy firm based in Dominica.
Martha Bradshaw made many strides in her past career. She helped develop people skills by providing training to hundreds of individuals across the Caribbean. She was also instrumental in developing policies and procedures along with creating performance management systems for various organizations.
From her office located in Copthall, Roseau Valley, Dominica, Bradshaw will now use her human relations skills, as well as her people development skills to assist her in connecting with the right clients, thereby helping them succeed.
“I am excited about the opportunity of just being able to impart skills, techniques and strategies to business owners and leaders and see these businesses succeed. This will help me realize my personal vision of ‘helping to transform the economic landscape of my country, Dominica’,” she said.
Martha Bradshaw’s journey as an ActionCOACH Business Coach began in Las Vegas, Nevada where the ActionCOACH Global Office is located. There she spent 10 days training with other new firm owners and business coaches from around the world. They learned the ins and outs of ActionCOACH, how to run a business the ActionCOACH way, branding, systems and techniques, as well as how to apply their knowledge to any business and much more. She attained certification as a Certified Business Coach.
With three decades of extensive experience in the working world, Bradshaw has crafted a niche for herself. Her natural passion for helping others achieve their full potential will enable her to deliver results for her coaching clients.
ActionCOACH invites business owners in Dominica to participate in a two-day extensive Business Rich seminar, scheduled for November 30th and December 1st at La Flamboyant Hotel in Roseau, from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Bradshaw will have the opportunity to share key concepts on how to turn your business into a high-performing “Profit machine” from the inside out!

Mrs. Bradshaw I am so proud of you, we really thought you were going to be home just laising around, but what a surprise!! Ian is seeing in you what Steve Borne saw in you all those years ago when he pushed you to do more, more than what was written on the “Job Description” because he saw your potential, the sky is indeed your limit. From where I sit I miss you tremendeously as you were always an inspiration in the office, a calmer to any dispute and you are just so level headed. I remember telling you, you must go to heaven, as you always found a way to turned a bad situation around. In your new venture there will be no underminding of your work or authority as you guys are all very professional adults, so you will see your career blossom even more.
