Musicians invited to discuss upcoming event from industry experts in Trinidad

c--pafCaribbean Performing Arts Federation (C-PAF) Dominica is inviting all Artistes and musicians to a very important meeting on Tuesday, 26th July, 2016 to be held at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium Conference Room from 5:00 pm.

Purpose of this meeting is to discuss the upcoming AMMBCON (Artiste Management Music Business Conference).

C-PAF Dominica is dedicated in keeping with its mission, which is to foster and promote the performing arts in Dominica.

In August hundreds of musical artistes and music professionals will gain invaluable advice from top industry experts at the Artiste Management Music Business Conference (AMMBCON) 2016. This Conference is to be held at the City Hall, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.

AMMBCON is scheduled for August 8-13, 2016 in Port of Spain, Trinidad, and will feature top music experts from renowned organizations such as:
• South by Southwest Music Festival (SXSW)
• After Touch Music
• YouTube
• WOMEX
• The Bellamy Group
• CidaCo
• Platinum Productions & Media
• VIP-bookings.com
• Shanachie Records and more

AMMBCON’s panels and workshops offer artistes, producers, songwriters and managers with practical, action-oriented advice and solutions. The week begins with internationally renowned training group CidaCo bringing its unique training to AMMBCON’s Academy for Creative Entrepreneurs. The music business conference then commences with workshops topics ranging from how to market yourself, how to manage bookings, how to jumpstart song writing creativity, and how to produce high-quality music.

Additionally, AMMBCON’s showcases provide unmatched chances to be seen by executives and booking agents from SXSW, MIDEM, and WOMEX.
