The Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) is developing a regional public sector reform programme aimed at reducing expenditure and improving the credit ratings of its members.
The ECCU groups the islands of Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines Montserrat.
The grouping has established a Public Expenditure Review Commission to investigate and make recommendations on “appropriate ways of rationalizing forms and functions of public sector expenditure in the member countries of the ECCU.
Why do you have the OECS logo and name for the ECCU, The ECCU is part of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, an organ of the OECS.
We need to remove the face of the British Queen from our currency notes and replace it with images of our regional heroes!!!
