His two guests, while sharing different perspectives on the root causes of the political crisis in Venezuela and on who is to be blamed, both agreed that the only solution is for dialogue among the parties.

And Ambassador Ward is well aware of it .You do not operate in the foreign affairs world to remain ignorant of USA manipulative policies as a rogue nation in regime change, and grabbing wealth. If they cannot grab your money they will find ways to control it.
It is going to take the planned invasion of Venezuela by the USA and its allies in the OECD for people to see the real goal. Chaos and confusion caused by the USA agents is the justification that is used. Trying to smuggle guns in food containers is an old trick which the world knows quite well.
After the USA invasion Venezuela will be worst off, will be at its worst. American banks wil control its wealth and food will be rationed. Civil war will ensue in which Venezuelans will be killing their fellow men. USA will be thumping their chest because they are MAGA.. Look at Iraq and the Kurds or Vietnam today. Look at how mad USA because because Iran OWN MONEY was returned to them by the Obama Administration. American interest is all about grabbing Venezuelan oil wealth.
Venezuela has never been a threat to peace in any part o the world. It has never been a threat to USA national security like Russia and North Korea and by extension a threat to world peace . It never had human rights issues like the USA, Russia or North Korea or even Saudi Arabia. Closer relations between North Korea and USA are being negotiated by Trump with a second between him and the president of North Korea. Trump often boast of his “good” relations between himself and both Putin and Kim .
So why the hard line with Venezuela.
Munduro has expressed a desire to meet Trump to defuse the situation, but in vain.
Without the support of the army Maduro,is just an ordinary man on the street.Maybe he is a rich man and that makes a difference.
Let them dialoge all they want, talking is good but right now the people of Venezuela need to feed their hungry and treat their sick. Do not let them suffer while you all talking to decide, who is guilty. That is like Nero fiddling while Rome is burning.
That is of no use when you have to run away from your country because you can not survive there.

I’m pretty confused at this point. I mean I know the reality because I see videos like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=43luKqsJNr0 everyday, but I’m confused at this point as to what the Venezuelan government’s narrative is on this.
On one hand they claim there is no crisis on the other they claim that the country is in crisis because of US intervention. The people in support of Maduro can’t seem to get this right either. Thank GOD this confused mess will come to an end soon…
