Bail of $100,000 for 86 pounds of marijuana

An alleged drug dealer was granted bail to the sum of $100,000 this morning.

Lawyer Zena Dyer made the bail application on the defendant’s behalf.

To Say no to drugs. If Ganja is as bad for you as you say, How come the Rastas that smoke it have ten + children before they even reach 40 years old? And they claim it opens up your mind to see things as they are. I don’t think it is good for young people that are not mature, but people of age should be free to smoke this would cut down all that rum and cigarette use maybe?

Let him sell the ganja to bail himself! Healing of ki nation? Ganja messes up the mind..say NO to drugs!

      Ya sure, please spare me……

Ganja messes up the mind, not the cooking gas and car/truck exhaust fumes, you intake daily.

Ganja messes up the mind, not forcing children to believe a man is in the clouds watching their every move.

Ganja messes up the mind, not the fuel fumes Texaco/NP workers smell all day everyday.

Ganja messes up the mind, not the cow’s milk(puss juice), cheese(fermented puss juice), meat(dead rotting flesh) and alcohol(more fermented/rotten/spoiled fruits and sugars).

Ganja messes up the mind, not the tell-lie-vision watched daily.

Ganja messes up the mind, not the bleached sugars, sodas, flours and rice.

Ganja messes up the mind, not the growing up in broken/poor homes/environments.

Ganja messes up the mind, not the slavery mentality and self hate that has infiltrated the black community.

Ganja messes up the mind, not the constant bombardment of advertising campaigns which do not feature those who look anything black or remotely ethnic. Perm or bleaching cream anyone?

Ganja messes up the mind, not the pregnant mothers with perm in their hair or perming their 4 year old’s hair. Literal brainwash…….Perm is not a drug? I see plenty of women still hooked on it from the first time they felt its grip….One day when it becomes very expensive I would love to see how the diehards will respond. Like drug addicts maybe?

I would like to see any other single HERB produce, bio-fuel, paper, rope, clothing, shoes, ship-sails, and medicine(to name a few) altogether which can be grown and harvested for the aforementioned purposes annually. Be my guest……

Ganja does it all, including “healing a nation”. Abuse is abuse! People abuse their children, somehow this doesn’t mess up their mind(yes it does), but it is hard for you to differentiate between the abusers of the herb? Smells like hypocrisy!

Amsterdam has a lower crime rate than Dominica, maybe because “drugs” are legal and controlled there. When you go to the “drugstore” to buy your prescribed “drugs” to prolong your diabetes and high blood pressure, is not “drugs” you buying? Say no to some drugs is what you meant to say then? And those prescribed man-made synthetic “drugs” that you trust more than the creators, aren’t they the derivative of plants, much like Ganja? Or are they derived from thin air or possibly battery acid?

Tete-moron( which is about the only tete you have, obviously) please name another HERB which has these capabilities and properties…….and can HEAL A NATION in the same fashion……

        The effect of de ganja;
        •sleepiness
•difficulty keeping track of time, impaired or reduced short-term memory
•reduced ability to perform tasks requiring concentration and coordination, such as driving a car
        •increased heart rate
•potential cardiac dangers for those with preexisting heart disease
        •bloodshot eyes
        •dry mouth and throat
        •decreased social inhibitions
        •paranoia, hallucinations
        •impaired or reduced short-term memory
        •impaired or reduced comprehension
•altered motivation and cognition, making the acquisition of new information difficult
        •paranoia
        •psychological dependence
•impairments in learning and memory, perception, and judgment – difficulty speaking, listening effectively, thinking, retaining knowledge, problem solving, and forming concepts
        •intense anxiety or panic attacks
        Long-term effects of marijuana use

        •Enhanced cancer risk
•Decrease in testosterone levels and lower sperm counts for men
•Increase in testosterone levels for women and increased risk of infertility
        •Diminished or extinguished sexual pleasure
•Psychological dependence requiring more of the drug to get the same effect
        Effects of marijuana on men
Marijuana is the most common drug used by adolescents in America today. Marijuana affects the parts of the brain which controls the sex and growth hormones. In males, marijuana can decrease the testosterone level. Occasional cases of enlarged breasts in male marijuana users are triggered by the chemical impact on the hormone system. Regular marijuana use can also lead to a decrease in sperm count, as well as increases in abnormal and immature sperm. Marijuana is a contributing factor in the rising problem of infertility in males. Young males should know the effects and potential effects of marijuana use on sex and growing process before they decide to smoke marijuana.

        Effects of marijuana on women
Just as in males, marijuana affects the female in the part of the brain that controls the hormones, which determines the sequence in the menstrual cycle. It’s been said that females who smoked or used marijuana on a regular basis had irregular menstrual cycles, the female hormones were depressed, and the testosterone level was raised. Even though this effect may be reversible, it may take several months of no marijuana use before the menstrual cycles become normal again.

Mothers who smoke marijuana on a regular basis have been reported of having babies with a weak central nervous system. These babies show abnormal reactions to light and sound, exhibit tremors and startles, and have the high-pitched cry associated with drug withdrawal. Occurring at five times the rate of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Fetal Marijuana Syndrome is a growing concern of many doctors. Furthermore, doctors worry that children born to “pot-head” mothers will have learning disabilities, attention deficits and hormonal irregularities as they grow older, even if there are no apparent signs of damage at birth. Pregnant or nursing mothers who smoke marijuana should talk to their doctors immediately.

It is marijuan and its cousin cocaine that have these ghetto communities so backward and causing enough problem for the police.marijuana can never be the healing of the nation when majority of the criminals in stockfarm are ganja smokers. If marijuana was making people smart Dominica would be leading the world in science and technology.Everybody in tarish pit , gutter village fond cole , grandbay and name it would be professions and gainfully employed. They would be more productive.these communities have too many illiterates already and marijuana is making it worst.SO IF YOU WANT TO BECOME A FOOL SO THE WHOLE WORLD CAN SEE JUST SMOKE MARIJUANA ,WEED,SESS,SPLIFF,MARY JANE,GANJA.

Marijuana is shit .And those who smoke it are people like aboat onthe sea drifting aimlessly.Ganja smokers are sociopath, mentally sick ,have low self esteem, and poor self concept. Many of them are insecure ,lonely, and some of them are lazy.they lack ambition. And the women who smoke are no better off.Their mouth smell and their teeth stain and they usually have a very bad cold or cough.Their children are delinquent ,and disturbed and a re menace in society.Marijuana and cocain is one and the same thing, they both kill your brain cell and make you intolerant.Just show me a marijuana smoker and i bet he is a clown someway somehow and someone in his family is suffering because of his addiction.these smokers like to disrespect women in the neighbourhood and on the streets with their dry smelling mouthAnd marijuana turn men effeminate ,look how they bending when they walking.for real it changes their hormone. And sharing marijuana is so nasty its like the gays they hate or detest.so infact marijuana smokers are gay.

      May 27, 2011

All Dyer does is to accused the police of seting up and planting evidence in most of her cases that`s her tatics. When I used to give evidence in cases Dyer was involved all i used to do is steer Dyer Down and smile sacastically at her, man that used to piss her off she is not as good as our system makes her to be. Mind you Dominicans I am not saying MA DYER does not have a right to defend her Criminals. I know some body will misunderstand what I am saying. Having said that typical Dominicans will still try to impress by posting some Sh$$$$$. I say bring it on.
