UPDATE: Police confirm shooting death of Amstrong Drigo in Portsmouth

Police at the scene of the shooting this morning

Dominica police have confirmed that they are investigating the shooting death at Portsmouth of 30-year-old Armstrong Drigo.

Police Spokesman Kent Matthew said the authorities could not at this time confirm reports from the area that Drigo’s death was a reprisal killing for the shooting death of another man last week on December 26.

Initial reports suggest that Drigo was shot nine times.

The development follows earlier reports of guns being fired in the vicinity of his home.

Residents reported at the time that there was an exchange of gunfire.

Police armed with automatic weapons and bullet proof vests subsequently swooped down on the area and were reported to have been still keeping a presence there for much of Wednesday morning.

Armstrong is described as an individual who is well-known to the police. He has appeared in court and been charged with drug-related matters in the past.

some of you act suprised that such actions are being demonstrated in dominica, i knew strong personally, he was labeled as a renegade, a thug..gangsta..w.e you want to call it, me and many people who took the time to know him can certainly say deep inside he was someone diffrent, i remember first time i met armstrong was in jail, he had juss come in, they was figurin out which cell they was gone put him in, he had a basket filled with fruits etc, i was hungry so i asked him for somthin, he barely knew me @ the time and didnt hesitate to throw a couple ripe figs n orange my way lol, from dat day jail turnt to a day on the block for majority of us he spent his jail time around, we’d eat good food, fry chicken, pizza etc lol, smokin good, he ran the jail, officers was to his command, everybody wanted to be his friend, he’d get weed sneak into the jail n make sure each of the 14 cells in remand have weed to smoke, 3 ppl per cell, we’d be watchin movies on ipod, listnin to music n sin all cause a strong, i remember joklin n tellin him he gone make me kill him lol, he tell me even if he dead my family would still dress in all black lol, i then told him itd be easy juss burst in his house n shoot him up, little did i know this would really happen juss the way i told him it would, few days before they let him go i had a dream about it happenin, was maybe a sign, for some reason our court date end up bein same day n me n strong end up bein hand cuff togehter, we reached in court n he ends up gettin held bk, i was gettin sent bk to the jail, i didnt bother turnin bk but then he called me and told me stay safe, n then dejavu there was exact vision from my dream where he gettin free’d, i thought smh i must be his lucky charm or somthin, was a sad day he got free’d sad as it mite seem lol, all our good time in juail left when strong went, he still came back numerous times to send food/smokes for us, he was a real good person, when i got out first person come check me @ my home was he, out of all my “friends”, my point wit this story is dont judge someone youve never took the time to figure out, you might hear things about dat person but you dont know reasons behind there actions etc etc, non of us are perfect we all make mistakes but in the end god said he forgives us for all our sins right? so hopefully i meet you up there 1 day strong. rest in peace my brother, my your family find peace n your children get the right picture painted about there father, peace

if only we knew him then we would justify his death n for the safety of his family n friends he”s better where he”s at now..he just couldnt stop but the good thing is theyre killing their own.the only certificate i know a bad man gets is a death certificate..RIP

    January 12, 2012

Hmmm well his death give alu dominicans to comment bout……. So I guess amma live mines to. Majority of u who a posting comments are no better dan armstrong so all alu gonna do is take but to cast the first stone alu can’t. I am nt sayin dat he dealing drugs is d best thing to do…. But look at it u av your family to fed and looking at the state of dominica which as no jobs wat u expect d man to do leave his family hungry wen he can sell drugs to feed dem. Its nt d best but he feed his family. He neva force dem dope takers to buy it they do it at dr own free will.

If he killed n shot dwn pll he av his own judgement to face with christ but yet still dat duznt give no human on rite to take his life. But den again dats wat dominica have become. No justice. Even our leads getting away with wrong doin n no justice for dem. In da drugs av become n bigger crime dan murder.

To armstrong family hold strong god is love.

In the US is years imprisonment for criminals. Petty marijuana bullshit gets years or sometimes just small bail, but in dominica d system is so broken that they dont even know how to sentence a criminal for murder. Marijuana getting more years and bail than murder. They need to clean up their court system down there and stop eating d TAX PAYERS MONEY!!

i’m in tha zone thinking ‘I don’t wanna die all alone, but all I got left are stinking’ memories. I’ll always love you to death, cause you were like family
    To all the fallen comrades:
All the homies that didn’t make it to see this day(rest in peace)…. Will I forever be It’s like we’ll soon run out of suits homies, soon run out of tears…. Who are we to say who lives and die Breathes and stops. All this judgement on other lives. Needs to stop… Let the Lord judge the criminals! This is for all my homeboys that passed away. And all your’ homeboys that passed away. I send this out to all the fallen soldiers that’s in the cemetaries buried, never got to see they dreams. For everything I touch you touch
For every step I take you take. For every breath I breathe you breathe. Every dollar I make you make…y’all know we’d make it to the sunshine one day. You just got there a little quicker. I’ll catch ya’ll at the crossroads. If I die, I wonder if heaven got a ghetto? i see all these people leaving comments about live by the gun and enjoying money guess what u guys are no diffrent and let me just say to the christians he without sin cast the first stone…the problem with dominicans bioth at home and abroad they just to damn hypocrite.gues what incest is a crime rape is a crime marriying allu family for papers is a crime payin people to married to aluu to give allu papers is a crime but the common factor is everyone doing what they got to do to get ahead.do u really think taht armstrong would be able to go get a job in the ministry or i guess he should have waitied to go work at clear harbour.what ever the path he chose he did it on his own will nor did he ask anyone of u to share his burden when the time came …..we all do wrong wether it is big or small .sin is sin.now that he is gone let god be the one to judge him..remember satan was an angel once before he became the most hated thing in humanity.rip to u my boy let god be ur judge and not any man.to the people who had the pleasure of knowing u like my self may we find comfort in knowing u are in a better place may ur soul finally find peace.

Are all those negative comments necessary? Not even the Lord rejoices over the death of the wicked, cause he would rather that the soul of the wicked be saved.

Let us say the dead mad was a “wicked” or “bad” person. Should we be rejoicing that he died “by whatever means”? Yes, those of us who commit crimes are to be or should be dealt with by the law, just as the Bible says. But alas, come on my people. This is 2012, let us think before we speak.

    May God bless us all!

What Dominica is witnessing may be such sad events and regretable instances yet so many Activist of corruption still ‘Roll’ roaming unattained. Actions and if not reaction as such may well be promoted through this year, if hands remain ildle. We need not be surprized when they reoccur. What we fail to accept is this is a way of life that has trenched its way into our society. In a country with mostly poorer and less employment opportunities, (it seems), this lifestyle fits as “work” to some.

An environment of “”Fear”” is covering Dominica, Dominicans! But Strong was not responsible for it. Lets not use Strong’s murder as grounds for returned satisfaction, nor rejoice, nor sudden peace in possie, this is a moment to mourn, to be educated, to impliment actions and for the youth to recognise that if you live by the sword, you should expect to die by one. Eventually… R.I.P Strong.`

The only way things will get better in this country is by cleaning up.a general clean up cause there are people who has taken oaths to uphold the law and they are up to their plat tete in the drugs and illegal activities.lets start the clean up people lets make a list of places and people we’d like to see cleaned up that we believe will make a difference.only then can the we tackle the streets.makes no sence having corrupted people attempt to clean up. they’ll only go after the small fishes.lets get rid of the big fishes first.lets get rid of the ones that get paid by tax payers to protect and serve us.

    4 days Two murders
It’s definitely bad news for Dominica no matter how you look at this. Just after Christmas a family was hurt and grieving. now another family is in the same position. Interestingly Armstrong was a suspect in the previous case. Is this what Dominica has gotten to? I believe that he who lives by the gun should die buy the gun. These young men feel invincible when they commit crimes. they never think that when a bullet take them in the right place they cant do anything about it. They never think about the girlfriend, the child, the mother, the sister , the brother that they are leaving oin pain if they die in such miserable way. I don’t feel sorry for these guys. I feel sorry for their family that they leave behind. The boy had soooooo many convictions, guns, murder etc. He should be in jail. Both he and Boyee. prison was safer for them but someone saw it fit to give them a death sentence by allowing them to walk free on the streets. Our justice system is crooked
I can wish him to rest in peace. He died in corruption and crime. Let GOD decide what to do with him or what he deserves. But for those of use who are behind, let use turn to God and change our ways. let us pray for our country and for the law enforcement department.

Not because we ar not seen to think that we are good. i know the choice of life one takes, they are resposible for the consequence. Remember we all have family who behave themselves and those who stray away. Don’t rejoice of what happen instead talk to your friend or relative who you know that is not doing right and you will not want to see the same thing happen to them. Mrs. Drigo lost her son. Think of her a little when writing your comments.

where is the report from the cops already…from what i read on Facebook…twelve gunshots were heard…Armstrong was hit 9 times….…was he even armed…….did he fire a shot?…..9 hits…twelve shots were heard….can someone else please verify the number of shots that they heard……and I’m sure the police has some missed shots….this does not sound and look good at all for the police department

Tiny, go sign up for the police force and maybe they can squeeze in a job for you to tally gun shots. In situations such as these when people are in fear or running for their lives who is ticking off the exact number of gun shots fired??? Most people would only be able to give an estimate esp if many shots were fired.

At the end of the day it all boils down to lack of faith in a system..So unless the the issue is addressed at the source all we will keep doing is reading about it and comment till eventually we become a victim of it..may the lord guide and protect us all…

(IF YOU GIVIN THE COLD TRUTH THEN GIVE IT REAL)…. HE DID SHOOT PREGO… did he not?….did prego deserve to be shot? ( PREGO COULD HAVE DIED)…. He was convicted of a crime and sent to prison for 4 years but only served 4 months, DID HE NOT?…..police searched his home and found a gun in his posession. DID THEY NOT?… he was in a shoot out with police in a rented vehicle while having drugs and gun, until the other person with him was shot in his A**…ISN’T THAT TRUE?….

ON A DIFFERENT NOTE…. HE TOOK PLEASURE IN PHYSICALLY ABUSING (ALL) OF HIS NUMEROUS WOMEN…did he not? They were terrified of him to the point where they allowed him to use them even when they had other men in their lives…AND YOU KNOW THAT!! Vandalized the lawyer’s business place…did he not?
Was a KNOWN drug dealer…Wasn’t he?

P.S. please note that i DID NOT include HUBERT’S DEATH, ANY ROBBERY OR BOYEE’S DEATH…

If we are going to see a better Dominica there are three major institutions that have fallen asleep that we must try to restore. They are:
    1. Our politicians. Our politicians are our political leaders and law makers. Can we honestly say that some of our politicians are not involved? Am I the only one hearing names or are we just ignoring the smoke. When poor people get so rich do we not question their source? Why not do the same thing where politicians are concerned?

    2. The church
Oh how the church in Dominica has lost its savour and direction! I did not think I would live to see the day that the names of our religious leaders would be called in curruption and blessing what is wrong. In years gone bye, politicians were afraid of the church because of what we stood for. Today these so-called leaders cannot even preach against wrong doing and morality because that would hit them in their face. We so have lost our voice that the Saturday before Christmas the Peoples Church had a National Men’s Rally which was attended by no more that 25 men.

    3. The Police. Just like the church and politicians, the police have lost respect. Fighting crime and wrong doing is far from their agenda and therefore criminals have absolutely no respect for them. Think of the Christmas day fire of Mr. Emanuel and the role of the police. They had a confession made by an individual but instead of trying to investigate the matter the commissioner was quick to pour cold water on him and did what they had to do just to help the real man run away.
So having crimes in Dominica one after the other may seem strange to us but the truth of the matter is; when the tree is currupt the fruits will be bad as well and unless we do something to restore our broken institutions, our country will just contine to see an increase in crime.

we as Dominicans need to elevate our minds from this rubbish. we like to make gods out of men. we talked about the guy like some deity, now he is dead.
the young people look down on the cops like common criminals but when things happen to us, we turn to those very policemen. RESPECT the police. we admire gangsters and frown on churchgoers. we need to give right to right and wrong to wrong. stop the glorification of drug dealers. the police need to start investigating all the undercover criminals who stay behind the curtains and have scape goats like amstrong do their dirty work and get killed while they play mr high society and go scot-free. inland revenue and audit department need to look into the affairs of some of those people who a living well above their means and buying stuff that they cannot account for on their salary. if is one thing I like about the USA is that no man is too big to bring down. launch an investigation and Dominicans will see the amount of undercover criminals that are there in Dominica

It is sad to read about deaths through murder in Dominica. Do not blame the Police. They cannot be every where. Nationals are responsible for protecting themselves. Consider that in the majority of cases those who live by the gun will eventually die by the gun. A life of crime is not rewarded.

Isn’t that the same Armstrong Drigo, notiorious criminal, that Tiyani in 09 sentenced to 4 yrs in prison and the decision was overturned?

Se…. this man has been in the news countless times for drug, gun possession and even shootouts; yet he was walkign the streets..

This is what the Dominican people need to stand up and fight against – crime, violence, the easy release of criminals.

Take back you society and stop fighting for politics. Fight first for freedom to walk the streets, free of fear…

I find it ridiculous that such a notorious criminal, a man always in court facing some kind of charge, was free and walking in society.

WHICH BASED ON CERTAIN EVIDENCE YOU COULD TELL HE WAS NEVER THERE BECAUSE HE WAS SHOT AND STILL IN BED. BUT STILL PEOPLE BLAME HIM..ANYONE WHO KNEW ARMSTRONG KNEW HE WAS A COOL GUY BUT FOR SOME REASON I GUESS CERTAIN PEOPLE PUSHED HIM OVER THE EDGE SO HE HAD TO DEFEND HIMSELF. NOW THE SO CALLED POLICE CAME IN AND SHOOT HIM AND KILL HIM. IS THAT WHAT THE LAW SAY TO DO? IS THAT RIGHT? WHO IS GOING TO JUSTIFY THE LEVEL OF INJUSTICE THAT GOES ON IN DA? IS THAT HOW WE SOLVE CRIME IN DA? IS THAT FAIR. THEY BLAME HIM FOR THE RECENT SHOOTING OF THE YOUNG MAN IN PORTSMOUTH. I KNOW THE YOUNG MAN WHO GOT SHOT ALSO AND WE WAS COOL BUT TRUTH IS I WAS THERE WHEN THAT YOUNG MAN STARTED BURSTING SCATTER SHOT IN A CROWD AND HAD TO RUN. HE WAS NOT A GOOD APPLE EITHER. YOU SUPPOSE TO BE INNOCENT UNTIL THE LAW COULD PROVE YOU TO BE GUILTY. WELL IN DOMINICA I GUESS EVERYTHING HAPPENS CONTRARY TO THE ACTUAL LAW. R.I.P STRONG..PEOPLE WHO KNOW YOU KNEW YOU WAS A GOOD GUY THAT SOCIETY BRANDED AS BEING BAD FOR STANDING UP FOR YOURSELF AGAINST PEOPLE WHO WAS TRYING TO DO YOU DIRT..R.I.P

A man has a right to defend and protect his life. If this is reprisal shooting, then he paid the price. If this is the police being fed up and shoot the guy…COVERUP!

Feel 4 U you said all this to say what- Armstrong had good and bad qualities? Even the worse of the worse have good qualities. Amstrong had the privileges that many people didn’t have. I remember Amstrong as a kid – a smart kid who scored high in his common entrance exams with a scholarship too. Armstrong was friendly but very confrontational – Armstrong would always walkup and say hello to me , we would talk for a while and I appreciated that part of him. Armstrong should have and could have done much better than to choose a life of crime- he came from a large and sound family. Armstrong was an acolyte for years with Bawi Beff- always in church.

The first time I heard about Armstrong’s exploit was something related to printing counterfeit. I believe he went to Antigua and SM where his criminal ambition had intensified. I say so to express my disappointment in Armstrong however I cannot make excuses for his behavior. Why was trouble following Armstrong – Trouble follow trouble. Many of us are like Armstrong in that we would stand our ground when there is a need too but how many of us find ourselves having to look over our shoulder every day – “you put caco out in the sun so you check for the rain” . Armstrong has been on this crime path for too long and he had enough time to change things around. For years Armstrong’s name had been mentioned in circles of crime so to profess that he was only defending himself against accusations false or true does not cut it.

Armstrong was bright enough to know what he was dealing with. It is sad to see a young man with so much potential go down this path only to meet his demise in such a way. I sympathize with his mum for the grief that she felt during his life and now at his death.

humm….did you ever ask why he was shot. lets be real for a sec. I am not saying he was all bad but you know as well as i know that he was a bandit. He did everything and anything he could do that was illegal. I am not saying he should have been killed but he did wrong and even if he was your best friend do not try to paint a pretty picture when you damn well know it’s not. When you shield people like that, you are the one who might get hurt later. As his so called friend, you should have talked to him about the things he was doing or were you afraid of him like most people. We have to be real and stop pretending. If something is bad, say it is bad and stop writing statements to make people feel sorry for a criminal.

It’s a war, my people. The youths have declared war against each other.

I have said it before and I will say it again, it is a SPIRITUAL WARFARE that has been intensified against the “seeds” of Dominica. It is only young men that are killing each other and should this continue they will eventually become outnumbered by women in our society.

It’s a chain-reaction and the remedy is to break a link or two. While it is necessary to fight the “physical” war by implementing tougher drug and gun control laws and improving drug/gun smuggling prevention, there is an even greater need to fight the spiritual war by intensifying WARFARE prayer. While the policemen need to improve their strategies and intensify their investigations, SPRITUAL soldiers need to take their positions against these agents of darkness that are stealing, killing and destroying our nation and children.

We don’t need a whole nation of prayer warriors – Jesus says “two” will get the job done. This does not mean we don’t get as many as we can, but we need to take up the armor of God and start interceding for our nation.

Christians, don’t fight the youths. Instead, fight the spirits influencing their decisions to commit these crimes. Rise up and start the battle against every principality, power and wicked ruler over our land, sea, air and wage war against them. Declare this day that they will no longer have dominion over our children – they are all our children. Let’s have compassion and start to see in the spirit. Let’s not put more curses on them via name calling, but let’s liberate them through WARFARE prayer.

We have the power and authority and above all GOD is fighting with us, but HE needs us in position to win this battle. “Why are we slack to go up and possess the land”? It’s our land and our children – let’s repossess it from that “damned” devil.

CHRISTIANS! Call for a solemn assembly, fast pray and start warfare.
If we stand by and do nothing we will be like sleeping JONAH on the same “boat” with these youths being tossed to a fro by strong winds of crimes and death and in the spirit I can only hear the cries of these young people “O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.

ARISE Christians and start to war in the SPIRIT.

    • ?????????????
      January 4, 2012

Well said Wiatukubuli! People as I have already said Life and Death is in the power of the tongue. WE should not fight them instead pray for them as you have rightly said. Yes Spritual warfare where we fight the spirits influencing their actions. It is time to rise up and liberate the youth especially our men in this nation!

      January 4, 2012

      @ Waitukubuli

On your knees, obeying God’s Commandments and living a godly life. This is where the battle is won. Then God, in His own good time will answer your prayers and act upon them.
It is not done by changing one’s religion, if you were a Christian Catholic. Know your faith and knowledge of same, defend your faith, stand up and support your faith and pass on your faith, the One and Only in Jesus Christ Our Lord, the reason why Our Heavenly Father sent Him to earth to suffer and die.

Yes! The innocent children do suffer even to adulthood and thereafter. Therefore, parents must ensure that they live an exemplary life that their children could emulate. When they attain adulthood, they in turn should also live an exemplary life. If they live accordingly, that pattern should continue to their generations.

Listen Armstrong was a distant relative and cool dude. I would talk to Armstrong and wonder if he was capable of doing the things alleged. I would continually warm him about the path he was travelling. Talked to him about turning his life around – while I am saddened by his death I believe this should be a lesson for our young kids. Instead of trying to criticize the police we must let our young people know that if they choose the gangster life style then that’s where you will end up. According to residence reports – there was a shootout between the police and Armstrong. Now what would we want the police to do. Shoot or be shot!!!

You are a fair play person, speaking the truth in such a manner. Hats out to you.
The norm should be that when the Police approaches a person, he/she should not shoot at the Police. Otherwise that person will be shot at and be killed. Never reckon with the Police in such a manner. Better to stand up like a man and in time plead your case. If he did that he may very well have been alive today.
I feel saddened for him and his family especially where a young child or young children are concerned.

You do have a point. However, the Police in America or other progressive countries never go after criminals or suspected ones under such circumstances in private attire as undercover agents. I am aware that they will go in Police attire, their uniforms that they may be identified as police officers. If they did it would be foolish of them to dress differently.

Lift Jesus higher. Lift Him up for the world to see. He said if I am lifted up from the world I will draw all men unto Me.

This is what victory is and all about. Not evil. Evil will not thrive for long even though it appears it is thriving for too long.
Keep your eyes on God for He has His eyes on you. Mortal and spiritual food for thought.

It is interesting to note that some persons are bent on blaming the police and parl rep for everything that goes bad. The police came on the scence after the gun shuts were heard. STOP PRESSING THE POLICE. Everyone heard the gun shuts. And what does the parl rep has to do with persons who decided to live their life recklessly. STOP PRESSING THE PARL REP. Armstrong and Boyee made their choice of life; they did not listen to anyone, not even their mother’s advice. They are now resting in peace.

    • Jetty Boy
      January 4, 2012

The uncle is a ruthless known killer – remember ” Free Sparrow” calypso in portsmouth. This man should never have been out of prison afdter his crime spree in portsmouth. There is another uncle who is doing a life sentence in France for killing and raping a 19 year old in Guadeloupe.

      • January 4, 2012

Jetty boy, before you make a comment know the facts. The boy uncle you claim to be doing time in jail in France is in Portsmouth. Yes he did serve jail time in France but he is in Portsmouth along with the other brother. Do not jump to conclusions and say who kill Armstrong. Who killed Hubert? The boy who killed my nephew only served less than five years in jail and he is out of jail committing crime. It is only a matter of time to before his day is numbered and it will be justice for my nephew.

      • Jetty Boy
        January 4, 2012

In New york I cannot support crime and criminals. If the uncle is out then that too is scary. I grew up with those fellas and I can tell you they are cold. I am not in a position to accuse them of being involved in the Amstrong shooting. All I’m saying is that I will not be surprised if they are involved. As for Hubert – he was no angel. he was seemingly quiet but also deadly.
There is plenty of blame to go around but ultimately we need to look at the problem at the root. Some of us turn our heads when our families are involved in drugs and crime; we make excuses to cover political parties when the politicians are the very cause of a failed justice and legal system. Amstrong and Boyee may not have been dead had the legal system not been corrupt.

As the saying goes you live by the gun, you will die by the gun. I am ashame to know how my hometown has become. Growing up in Portsmouth we never know of so much violence going around. There were a few fights but now it is guns and drugs. Portsmouth was known as the quiet town in Dominica now it is known for the wrong reasons. I am not ashame to say I am from Portsmouth but I do hope that the others are not following lead. Drugs and violence do not pay. Another young life is gone. Another young male is gone. Soon from now the male species will be extinct because they think they are invinsible and cannot be touched. I pray for my town and homeland. I guess the people of Portsmouth will be able to breath much easier now. But as they say when one door closes another opens, so therefore another breed of wolligans might just be waiting in the wings.God help us in Portsmouth and Dominica on a whole. Portsmouth poeple pray with your children.

To those of all you who live in Portsmouth and know the criminals and are condoning what they are doing this is the hardest. When they die all you coming and comment. All you know about the guy who was selling drugs in the open by the school. All you know about Armstrong history but will you all give evidence when asked to do so, no. We in New York only read what is written. Listen to the news and what our friends and family tells us about what is going on back home. I did not know Jason abut I heard of all what he did and the people who were his victims. I did not know Armstrong but I heard alot about his past. What did you all in Portsmouth do to stop his rampage. He thought he was above the law. We are innocent because we do not know what is going on until we turn on the radio or the computer nad read what is happening in Portsmouth or Dominica on a whole. Those of you all in Portsmouth are to ignorant to the fact. No matter where in the world we are we are Dominicans and will always be Dominicans and care about our town, village and country.

Though I will admit, I have not seen, but have only heard of the crimes that he was alleged to have committed, therefore I am not one to judge. I only know the sayings how you make your bed is so you wil lie on it. You lived by the gun you died by the gun; what goes around, comes around; and what a man soweth, that shall he rip. He was not the worst, neither was he the best, he had his strengths and weaknesses, his good and bad. But he also had the opportunity to live the life that was pleasing to God. This is no way to start the new year. On the other hands, it is all about criminals killing one another. They know who they are better than the police. Do you all remember what was happening in Antigua about 2 years ago? the very same thing is going to happen. when prayers meet tears, thats exactly what happens. we have been praying for our nation, our young children… no prayers goes unanswered. if you live by the gun, you shall die by the gun. we have 2 and maybe 3 less criminals. I am a woman mbut if I was ever the police commissioner, I would set them so bad, they would do my work for me. It is time for a clean Dominica. it might sound bad, but none of them a innocent. soon we will have no more murders. if Antigua and St. Lucia can have a calm after the storm, so shall our country. we have way more murders to go.

MAYBE HE LIVED ABOVE THE LAW IT STILL DONT MEAN HE CAN BE CATEGORIZED THE SAME AS BOYEE.. AND MURDER IS MURDER ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. OUR OWN POLICE ARE THUGS PROTECTING ONE ANOTHER!!

Why do some humans feel the need to go about killing people whether they’re innocent or not like it’s their job or something. These silly hoodrats need to go find themselves a job instead of killing people cause at the end of it nothing positive comes out of it.Either way in life whenever you do bad it may take years but you do suffer before you die or it’s your kids or family members that pay for you. They think that they’re so bad & shit cause yeah they’ve got a gun, proves how much these cunts are uneducated thats why they do such things. These people really need to sort themselves out. get a life or something.

Is this A Splinter cell Game? Are these police men or are these the rouge guys doing the shooting. These police men are not fit to face this situation as far as I Can see. We need a better organized tactical Team to respond to these incidents. I mean come on. these family men could be dead from what I can see. They do not look like police officers. You are at a scene with gun fire and hold your gun like it is Grand theft auto Possie 2012.

About the incident what can I say this comes with development. As far as I am concern these shootings to me could be the testing grounds for the police as these are never EVER taken seriously . Lets hope these law men are safe at the end of the day.
