A minor, 17 years of age is charged in murder of an adult over an argument. Some people cannot discuss and even argue without resorting to murder. The man lost his life over a trifle as this. How sad.
This boy should have been in school rather than associating with bad company to the extent of being involved in a murder. Bad company does corrupt.
There are obviously elements which caused him to live such a life. Nevertheless, I am wondering what caused him to turn to a life of crime and commit murder at his you age.

Man I don’t care what the experts and all them people there say, a 17-year old is not a minor. That is hard back!

I hope that this is in some way some sort of consolation to the love ones and friends of the deceased. Hope you guys get justice.

      @ A Voice,

He may not look like a minor and act as one. However, in view of his age and according to the Law he is still a minor. When he is 18 years of age he will be considered an adult. The same applies in every country.
If he is not yet tried at the age of 17 and is tried at the age of 18 and over, he could then be tried in adult Court.

I totally agree. The age of consent is 16yrs and therefore teenagers at 16yrs old are free to screw anybody they feel like. However when it comes to serious crimes, they are at the same 16yrs too young. They are protected up until they are 18yrs old for crimes but are given the greeen light to have sex at 16. Hypocricy.

No doubt, this is one of the most senseless killing I know of. What’s bad in this episode is that all involved from G/Bay. At the end, there are no winners, just loosers. Many is left to suffer, denied fathers and grieve. If found guilty, the ought to be punished to the max. No message sent.

One of the most senseless killing I know of. Worst of all, the players are from G/Bay. Don’t really know what drove these young men to act so recklessly, knowing very well the older has had his runnings with the law. At the end of it all, there are no winners with many left to grieve, denied their fathers, and many to suffer. They should be punished to the fullest extent of the law.
