khaki that’s really true. Criminals are up and down the streets not only of Roseau, but Portsmouth and elsewhere in Dominica. Dominica is now a very spoilt island.

I hope the CID and the Court does everything in its power to have this evil/devilish criminal/murderer/serial killer to be placed behind bars or other words to throw his keys away.
This guy who is also from Capuchin, but raised in Woodford Hill ,God be my witness , as I understand has murdered persons in Guadeloupe and who knows did his unsolved murders right here in D.A. God forgive, he needs to be shot to death.

Nationals should know more than someone was found stabbed and murdered. There really should be a follow-up.
If caught, not merely a hearing and their attorneys plead for them to get bail and be out on the streets prior to the case being called for some years. Such people will most certainly strike again and probably more than once.
How much investigative skill do the law enforcement have to catch those killers?
How much skill do they have to conduct fingerprinting on those who have been injured and also murdered including the area where these crimes are committed?

The same set of people who write on this site about police n investigations and case will never be solved, can u kindly ask them what have they done as a person to help find the killer or killers? police are never there when things happen but some of us see and know but keep it to themselves but cont. to run their mouth. speak up as a citizen and stop the negativity. first in capuchin history and someone must know something about the killing. wake up as a people and stop running you’ll mouth. it’s time to stop blaming the Govt and the people and do something to assist as a citizen and call the crime stoppers hotline.

There is no police, no law,and no constitution.Dominica is the slackest country in the world. Anyone can commit the most heinous crime in Dominica and they will be walking the steets of Roseau the next week. What a shame, i am ashamed to be a Dominican.

You blame their attorneys for that who said, “They did not waste the Court’s time and are first-time offenders.” If the latter two are in D/ca’s Constitution, they should be scrapped..
Be more vocal, even though it is through writing and meetings. Let your voice be heard and always respectful.
The blood of the victims and their family’s grief are crying to Heaven for vengeance.
Our Lord Jesus Christ said, “Vengeance is Mine! I will repay!”
The safety and peace of especially law-abiding nationals are important to safeguard. They must be protected.
Let all those who are instrumental in allowing those murderers out on the streets pay heed. Our impartial God will not make excuses for them nor exonerate them. They will pay a price before God for this.

May his soul rest. It seems Dominica have a serial killer. the old people that knew stuff did not pass it down to their next generation? I remember in those days it was a knife for a knife a tooth for a tooth and I don’t me an it that way.

Sorry pat, people are just mean. Don’t feel bad about it. Always feel free to talk what you think. Don’t let them break you down.
