I hope this man recovers in time from his wounds.
People are minding their business; the man was in his store, making a living and you shoot him? You wanted to kill him? Woe to you shooter and murderer which is what you are. This is why when these radicals are arrested and charged, they should not be released into society for they have forfeited their rights. They deprive people of their rights, freedom and life.
That is the problem with people who own guns in D/ca. I will always ask how did these guns get into Dominica and in the hands of irresponsible people?
Whoever brought these guns into D/ca and whoever allowed them in, you know very well guns are used to shoot and kill people. That is the primary purpose they were brought to D/ca.
As there is a God above, one day, every one of you who brought guns to D/ca, illegal ones at that and use them to shoot, injure and kill your fellow people, you will pay it. God is displeased with your evil actions.

This is clearly an attempted murder case and the culprit is yet to be found. You see Levi, while you and Rayburn are busy talking rubbish and taking measures to curtail descent, robberies are happening all over town. This is a familiar technique now, of these new-age gun totting thugs. The policing model needs to change.
The days of officers sitting in the station playing dominoes and drinking rum must end. We need community policing where police officers regularly patrol these areas, especially where businesses are open late at night.
You had a robbery in Bath Estate where a proprietor was shot last year. The gas station in Castle Comfort is a regular target. The candy shop in Murphy’s Lane was robbed last year also. Melvina’s was robbed as well. So we can clearly see a pattern here where thieves are targeting small businesses with heavy cash flow and the police department is none the wiser. You guys are a special type of greedy.

How are u expecting the police to be here and every where at the same time? When a person intends to commit a crime of such nature, if he sees a police in the area, he will leave that area and attack some other vulnerable place
