The majority of Trinidadians are good people! People read the news and think that the average Trinidadian is some kind of war Lord. The average Trinidadian walks innocently praying for the violence to end in our country. The comment about living by the gun and dying by the gun is spoken by someone who does not know that the gangsters are entering our homes and shooting innocent men, women & children as initiation to get into gangs! Instead of judging, pray the senseless killing stops.

Trinidad has always been worst than Dominica ever since I was a child. There are some extremely bad people in T & T. They are brazen and ruthless.
Its government has vowed to eradicate those killings and also abductions but how? Good parental nurturing, discipline and education are necessary to help in this situation. The schools must also play a part.
Those who are caught, being in prison is insufficient. While in prison, in no uncertain way they should be given lessons in love for God and for neighbor and other relevant education.

My native land has lost its soul, they have no compass, their hearts have grown very cold, life whether its be family, friends or neighbours means nothing. The government is as usual linning their pockets, the mandate which won them the election, has long gone through the window. This is a time for people with God’s word to do what he says

Is that where Dominica is heading? I say hang the bastards when they are caught and convicted.

Let us stop this holier than thou and first world stupidness about the Gallows not be a deterrent to murder. When the hang man’s noose was more widely used, were there as many murders? Answer this and get my point!!!!

My condolences to the families who have been affected. I mourn for the republic of Trinidad N Tobago.

This is what Dr. St. Jean and his team are trying to avoid for Dominica with their proposal that the government said costs too much. I say we choose a part of it to do.

To the powers there be. Please do not allow Dominica to come to that. Everybody hearing about Arab Spring and they think it is a free for all – everybody must get vex and kill or maim somebody. This is a dangerous mentality that is taking over the world. Parents hold on to your children – if you can and train them in the way they should go. By the time they get into the school system it is too late.

So what you are saying is that it is ok? Because it seems “normal” for people to go around killing people you are saying its right? We need to separate what is right and wrong from what is popular.

If the government allows this to continue, they will take over the place and no one will be able to walk on the streets. Tell your government to do something concrete about it.

You call it madness alone? It is shocking to read about this. Law-abiding people of all cannot live in peace and security. Some people of the world have got worst in recent years. It appears that only God will put a hand. In the interim pray for the world in general and also your country.
