Portsmouth was not left out as the Carnival fever swept Dominica. Below are some photos of J’ouvert in the second town.

    In terms of jouvert costumes,possi was the best! trust me! we had all kinds and all types! Men as well as women!

      Yeah, those outfits make Roseau look tame. Sexy girls and the guys were up for fun dressed as women and monks and all that.

      Roseau may have the best procession but Possie have the sexiest carnival for sure. Some of those girls were smoking hot. Ouch.

      ‘Carib Beer’ girls in Roseau? Tame compared.

      Why didn’t the Venezuelans lend their generator? They were right at Purple Turtle. Ian Douglas should have asked them.

      Anyway ‘Rays Roties’ did good out of that.
