what is indigenous about what they have on the kids are cute and i love that but this is all let them come out with there indigenous wear
Keep up the culture , i love my people in the north, one love continue to teach the kids to carry on , just missing the action, stuck in newyork city waiting for the hurricane to come, boy wish i was home for the creole fest
wonder if I can steal the one in yellow?they are both adorable
how cute, keep it up
They are cute and in their indigenous wear.
awwwwwwwww!!! They sooo cute!!! Especially d one in yellow!!!
cuteeeessss
BEAUTIFUL.
I just love the indigenous shoes
awwh look at aliane in the yellow, looks jus like her mom
indeed they are beautiful and really breathtaking, this is a very good gesture. I am a kalinago myself ,and I think that this is a wear that we could adapt for Kalinago week .
Absolutely adorable!
My!!! So lovely!! I am loving it!!
That’s my people.
God Bless the children and God Bless Dominica!!
So precious…..Great representation babies!!
Awwww they so adorable!! Pretty lil angels!
Marigot people wake up and demand that your culture be recognized as well. Love dem caribs in theirs, so it fuh set
So what is Marigot people culture? I would love to know.
They are having it all year round, their culture is written on their faces
the culture of vexation and anger their symbol is the cutlass, that I know is not lacking
Simply gorgeous!!
but people that not traditional kalinago wear that’s traditional clothes from the northern US Indian tribes what is the culture coming to when we have to copy someone else own and say its ours u all need to look up the old real real real old paintings in places like the french and London museums of natural history and see what there traditional wear was and i can guarantee u that that is not what they used to wear
You are probably blind. Nowhere did they said it is Kalinago traditional wear…..it said “Kalinago children wearing indigenous wear.” Indigenous is a very broad term…it does not mean Kalinago wear.
why people have to be so negative. just too innocent children wearing indigenous wear. so why the person calling themself “ME” have to find fault in that. they are so cute.
Very good observation
You appear to be so well informed I would think you would know the difference between “there & their” and more importantly using it acurrately and appropriately. Be inspired!
You quick to make a issue ? cool OUT! ALLU DOMINICANS TO LIKE TO LOOK FOR A FAULT! Gosh!
Awwwwww they are so cute.
So unique,and lovely..
just adorable..
Yes my people!!!!!!!! Something which should be encouraged!!!!!!!!! I have always observed that the adults do not seem proud enough to dress in their traditional wear and this is warming to the heart!!! Remember, when the tourists and others see you as a people, you should stand out TALL AND PROUD!!!!!!!!!! Let us hope that the adults will begin to see the need for this trend to continue and grow and that someone will lead the way to making the Kalinago people recognize that special place which they hold in our land!!!! BRAVO!!!!!!!1 May this grow from strength to strength!!!!!!!! We love you Dominica!!!!!!!!! Happy Creole Day, Happy Independence!!!!!!!!
We should promote thaem
Representing our culture. Outstanding!
Cutiessss
They are sooooo cute!
I am just loving this photo. How sweet. God bless my Kalinago brothers and sisters.
Ohhh..I love this. We are all Dominicans sharing and celebrating the same history.
Adorable
oh gosh the lil one in yellow looks like a mini pocahontas awwwwwww how cute they are
they look lovely
Oh gosh, they look good!
awwwwww shweeeet.
How cute. Go my Kalinago people. Bring back your heritage. Our culture is so unique, what a sight to behold having the Kalinago and the African decendants together portaying Dominica’s culture.
What happen, African and Carib blood alone allu have man. What happen to the European blood – Spanish, English, French etc? I am a full fledged mixling
Thats a great idea. When we celebrate independence day they should celebrate Kalinago day, take advantage of the holiday already there.
Good idea my friend. Now thats something for the minister for kalinago affairs as well as the entire leadership to consider.
Awwwww so cute I could eat them. Way to go Kalinago people, next year I will make my creole wear Kalinago style since I am of both races it will be the perfect mix.
Pupa Gad!!! You ready to eat those people children. Where are the police when you need them? You carnibal.
Be careful talking about eating here!!!

Saque’ sot.
To take and follow (a course of action, for example) by choice or assent: adopt a new technique.
b. To take up and make one’s own: adopt a new idea.
