Did’nt Bados police arrest another Dominican last year with a gun in his luggage intransit to Dominica. He most likely still rotting in Bados jail. Good work by Bim customs and police.

We would like to hear from him, if he was or not responsible for placing the ammunition in his luggage. If not, he could never convince the authorities.
What could be done, it should be dusted for fingerprints to verify if his fingerprints alone are on them or if someone else or a few people.
The poor man anyway who is incarcerated.

In Dominica they search your bag without you being there. This is standard operational procedure. I’ve seen them doing it many times at the back. If they do the same in any other airport anybody could have placed that in his bag with or without him knowing.

Ofcus they were. In the US when these things are suspected once they on their way out the next port of entry is alerted. But do you know Pat was a police in Dominica? He has a sun working in the US army. He is from Woodfordhill. He has been an very active and strong supporter of the opposition. And for those of us who old enough knows his connection with Val and also knows his history as a police and after. So he being held by the police and custom in Barbados is of no surprise to ppl like me. And I wonder who was intended to clear the goods in Douglas Charles? These people just won’t relent. Guns was held in barrels COMING FROM THE US. NOW BULLETS IS NOW HELD COMING FROM THE US AGAIN. Hmmmm police needs to dig deeper. Not saying he is connected but I wont be surprised. DNO u should have give us more information about who he is. Tell us where the person is from and their history. Ask about him. Anyways I help u with some more information.

Listen to everyone! read your comments! Why do we judge before we find the facts? Let’s not rule out that he could have put them there but what are the possibilities that a friend or family member could sneak them for someone, thinking that the authorities would not notice?
Whether he denied or not, they would arrest him anyway. I do not know you sir but if this was a mistake take ownership/ responsibility and see the most positive way to move on.

Grand parents need to have fun and enjoyment too. Why leave all the criminal activities for the young ones? Good going grandpa. Way to show the young thugs how to get it done. Carry your ammo in a pair of socks, because customs will never search there. I hope they have shuffle board on your cell block. :-P :-P :-P

Hello and good morning my people. Well a sixty two year old man is looking to bring bullets into Dominica to cause problems for our people. Our Police should execute a search warrant at his residence to try and find the 9mm firearm and the Barbados government should jail him for two years. Shame on you ,Shame on you.

Why would he jeopardize his freedom, carrying ammunition? This was a stupid thing to do. Does he not know that these days travelers are searched much more today than previously? What was he doing with the ammunition? Did he think that because he is 62 years he would not be searched?

    • Mamosa
      April 18, 2017
