Some people so small minded, Dictator lies blatantly then says “airport”, everyone rally behind him, Dictator says new Portsmouth, Possie up in happiness… Please people, wake the F**k up. Mr do nothing has killed the country, now he comes out with more lies to fund himself and keep his friends in power and you jumping up and down like fools.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) describes a bilateral or multilateral agreement between two or more parties. It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action.

That is not all. Your definition comes from Wikipedia, but you neglected to mention the rest of the paragraph from which you took those words. Please don’t do that.

AGAIN, here is another example of Labor Power at work for ALL Dominicans. The few who speak ill of this Administration are struggling to find words to condemn another good deed brought about by the intelligent and sophisticated ministers of the Labor Party! Within this agreement we find the enhancement of our two major cities to include new roads, proper drainage, and modern, state-of-the art facilities. Very soon, under Labor Power, walking in Roseau or Portsmouth will be like walking in New York City. All this is credited to the great Prime Minister’s abilities in seeking out, finding and bringing home the big money! Does anyone here believe that the Loser Lizard from Marigot can bring home the millions in funding that the Great and Supreme Leader does? Just looking at the novice’s face alone is enough to know that he would be lucky if he gets a souvenir to bring home from our Foreign friends! If you love the “mulla” you should vote for the “mulla” it’s simple! 21 to 0, let’s go!

All these plans have been sitting in the Ministry of Public Work for overn 15 years…Thank God for Lennox and UWP Team Dominica, they have been removed form the shelf and dusted off.
…For 15 years the only major project done in the City was the State Palace for one man costing $27 million dollars….This labour government should be voted out of office just based on their poor performance in Roseau talon….Now on the eve of elections they come around talking about signing an MOU…WHO WILL THE MOU BE SIGNED WITH…THIS IS JUST PURE POlITICAL GIMMICK TO WIN VOTES….people don’t be fooled….

What a joke, IT’s the new Rosalie road gimmick all over again. But then again some DOM-inicans are just gullible like that. That’s why I move here. By far they are the most gullible people I’ve come across. They live with their parents until they are grown men and woman to afraid to struggle on their own. and they love a freeness.

I learn that UWP is talking about privatizing the medical health . My advise to every one is to say NO to any Government who is thinking along this line. I am living in a country where the system is privatized and it is very bad . When we go to seek medical attention we must pay this big sum of money before we are able to see any DOCTOR despite your pain or extent of illness. If you dont have money you would never see a doctor. One wants to only check blood pressure, apply a dressing to a sore or injuryy , one has to pay before it is done , even baby clinical visits are paid for .Nothing is free it is a business own by a group oof investors . Please dont allow politics to blind and deeafen you because you gonna regret big time . Dominicans medical system is the best in my opinion. JUST IMAGINE YOU ARE UNEMPLOYED, OLD , AGED AAND SICK UNDER A SYSTEM I JUST SHARED. SAY NO TO UWP AND PRIVATIZING ANYTHING AT ALL.

I have been trying to do an evaluation. I voted the UWP last election. I have listened to the UWP plans and programs and there are so many goodies in there that no other country realises. They do not seem realistic to me. For one thing, they claim the economic situation in the country is so terrible. If they would have to come in to fix it that would take a while considering its severity. How during that period of restoration that they are going to create 5,000 jobs in 3 years (the restoration period). The Roosevelt Skerrit administration has done a good job in their five years. There is still and always room for improvement. I have taken the global economic situation into consideration and I will vote them again.

You actually just revealed that you are a fake UWPite by saying ‘ you will vote them (labor) again’ although you said you voted UWP last election.
