IN PICTURES: Two schools host coconut exhibitions

As part of Pre School Month, observed in November, the Roseau Primary School Pre K and the Portsmouth Social Centre Pre School hosted exhibitions of family projects on different aspects of coconut.

The items in the exhibitons were made of coconuts by students and families as part of getting them to work together.

See photos from the exhibitions below.

It’s great to see that the young ones are involved in a business venture. That’s what I am talking about. Involving our children in entrepreneurship. Introducing them to the natural products that’s available so that they can become their own bosses when they grow up. They have the choice to be whatever they want to be at a later age but they can also be business men and women.

Congratulations to the great minds (Pre-School pupils, teachers and parents) of Roseau Primary Pre K and Portsmouth Social Centre Pre-School who put this wonderful exhibition together. Cheers to the organizers and the Ministry of Education. continue the great work of interactive learning and cultivating a sense of awareness of our great riches – our creative minds and our natural resources.
